Thats right
Deuce is no fluke, you guys should be breeding to him as much as possible!!
Deuce pups
There are three Deuce pups on the other guys win list . I am hoping there will be a coupl more very soon. These three pup are all from different females. We are also hoping the second week of April will be a turning point for us all.
Richard Lambert and Budd Hood, you two have a lot riding on your shoulders.
I ain't sure how many one year old Red pup will be in the SS this year, but We will be pulling for you all.
These are exciting days for me.
All you guys should check it out there are more $ winning Red dogs than I have ever seen. It's still early inthe year too.

Deuce pup
This is DJ, he is coming along real good. He is a good looking sucker, got a big bawl on track, and a nice loud steady chop on tree. DJ is from Deuce X Musicmaker.
Good looking sucker. Good luck with him.

Don, we got beat.......I tried to call you but your phone must have been turned off. Bear looked good, but we could not get a break. He was split by himself with a coon on Thursday night when we found him but it was on a time out. That would have won the cast if we could have scored it. On Friday night we got another bad scoring break right off the go and only treed one more coon so we could not catch up. Oh well, you win some and lose some. Bear has the talent so we will keep trying.
Richard
I thank you for all you do. I know you and the Bear are a good team. Yall will get it all put together one day, im sure of it.
I wish I had a dollar for all the cast I have lost in the last 25 years. That is at every level too.
Thanks again Partner.
Don
I have three hunt's in May Mantis will be put in. We will see how she likes the heat. I bet she will like it better than me....lol.
Mantis will also be at the Check hunt this weekend.

Buck
Jason and I will be pulling for you two. I really liked Mantis while she was here. Most of the time she hunted out real good. She was a great strike dog and a POWERHOUSE treedog. I hunted her in the blackberries last year. She had a hard time in these thickets. But so did I. I dont crawl as well as I use to. But when she treed you had to go get her. She was not goning to leave no matter what. I think she has the stuff to make a top hound. She did tree a couple coons that the other dogs hunted past. HAHA she could run a deer as good as anything I ever seen.
Good luck and keep us posted.
Deuce
He is getting a new girl friend today. Pastor, Buster Knapp from Mo is bring his Rose female. From all reports Rose is throwing some nice pups.
I also got some good reports fron Dan and Ginger. It looks like Deuce and the redbone breed will be represented well at the Ar State hunt next month.
Bear won another $50 last night. I wish that I had the money to hit the road with him. He has been looking pretty good. If I had the money, I would take him up to $ Walker Days next month. I remember when Sally was only a 2 yr old pup and we went up to Walker Days and "made em see red". Maybe I should sell him to someone who has the money to send us.
The BEAR
Thats great news Richard. Im glad for you two. I feel that Bear (Zypher) will make a top hound SOON.
It is a good idea to sell him to some one with the cash to push him. I have always said, I wont sell anything I can't replace. In saying that, be sure that is what you really want to do.
Thanks for the update, keep us posted.
There is always another one on the way.
ace
Don, ace is doing good. Not gonna say how good because people want leave me alone about buyin him. Have'nt worked him much in the past month just let him run loose and tree anything that climbs. He is a big boy now and i'm almost moved into the new house so we will get back to it. He is really starting to cut it loose when he trees if u can believe he could tree harder. Will get some video sent to u soon.. later

Don
I do not under stand... in March Mantis was spotting a little took it as she was coming in heat. Mid April I checked her she was good to hunt. Went to get her out of the kennel today and she is full blown in heat big time. Inside the kennel it looked like she had cut her foot. Ole well three weeks we will be back at it again.

Mantis
Buck, young dogs are full of surprises. You and her will get it together soon. I beleive she is going to make a top hound for you.
Richard, Those two should make for a very good cross. I like them both, what they came from and where they came from. It was hard for me to get rid of both of them. But I know you guy's will give them all the chance they need to prove them selves.
Thanks for all yall do, keep us posted.

Ar state hunt
Well it's on for the weekend. Looks like it's going to be a rainy wet hunt. We have been treing a good many coon in the last couple weeks so it should be a good one with some good scores.
I wish I was going to hunt but, but I plan to help get folks to the woods. And what ever else I can do to help out. Hope to see you all there, and good luck to all.
Deuce pup
This is P.O.P, she is 5 months old. She was about burned out by the time I got this video. P.O.P is from Deuce/ Kacie she is starting to get with the program in the brush. It want be long and she will be ready to single out.
This pup has only seen two coons in her life. One was a cage coon and the other was shot out to her and Deuce on a hunt.
Don, Crosscountry Bear is not a pup anymore. You should see/hear him go! You would be very proud of him. I hope that he keeps it up until Redbone Days.
The Bear
Richard, I am glad Bear is working out for you. You know he comes from a long line of reproducers. I feel sure he will be a reproducer himself. I would like to know how his littermates are coming along. Have you heard from any of them.
Keep us posted.
