Sounds good. Well I have a pup that is about to start. She has big ball mouth but pretty how I like them. Lexi got out of hunting tonight cause she said it was getting too cold and coons don't move in the cold lol I said alright. Can't force em.. later chase

Ohhhhhh had a nice visit with warden last night. Ha ha ha ha. He knows me. I told ya Joe I know him well!....and Joe is always worried going with me..... He is still gun shy from all those Indiana gun slingers. Ha Ha Ha Ha
All good in the hood. He actually stopped to bs a little and see if I have being seeing anyone spotting lately. He is one of the good ones.

Dottie did do a nice job on one last night but I figured no since in stirring the country side up anymore so I headed to the casa...well sort of...deer camp. So I don't know if that counts as not stirring things up
Even when Kate has those mainstreet pups they should be really nice as well. I'm interested to see the differences between the two litters. I've had a lot of fun hunting two different dogs of Joe's... ol Post aka "Poster Child" and Dottie aka "Dottie Babe". I'm still partial to Post but Dottie slowly warming me over. I was pretty excited Wed night on her last coon.
Dottie going to be my dog to hunt all winter with these young joker dogs to. Being not able to hunt this weekend is bs. It is messing up my hunting.
Yeah I can't wait to see what this Rambo pup can do. I can't wait to get to work on him.
Well time to do something. Like a holiday around here.

They did kind of get your attention didn't they ? Had to slack off coon hunting this weekend ,deer season out here is a mad house. To many nuts running around with high powered rifles that don't like dogs hunting at night . Someone shoot one of my dogs could start a war. I really don't like hunting young dogs in that full moon anyway. ANNIE is really getting gamey now, she is a little dog with a big heart , and I like that. Have you hunted you pup very much ? Randy said you have three young ones to hunt, that is alot of work. I have two and that is plenty for me.Made a little investment yesterday bought a POLARIS Ranger , now old BULLHEAD can go as far as he wants,with the tracker and that thing we will find him. You know Joe 30 years back dogs like BOATER would have been culled today that is what people want. I still like a dog to hunt like a cur but I love a hound with the big mouth . Larry and I have the loudest I have heard around here. Well better get off here ANNIE wants her breakfast. Hope to see you soon TOM

Well deer season is over ,they are bringing the POLARIS to day,life is good. We can hunt old BULLHEAD until he hollers uncle,don't believe that will ever happen. The nights aren't long enough to make him quit. ANNIE and CHARLIE are ready to go too. Spent all day yesterday widening my trails, don't want to scratch the new machine first night out. Getting lazy in my old age but it will make things alot easier for me. Heck I might even hunt two nites a week LOL You know if you have dogs that are bred right you don't have to beat yourself up every night to make coon dogs. ANNIE and I are road hunters right now ,I ride the quad and she runs all over around me and loves it. She hits good tracks and trees them real quick. I think she'll like the ranger better, who knows maybe she will make a rig dog. Talk to you later TOM

I'm with ya, I'm glad only one more deer season. The second season isn't as crazy as the first. They wuss out usually. Should be able to get out quite a bit again this week. Might be some nasty weather though. Talking rain off and on all week until Friday.
Troop and Rambo are at their new playgrounds. I don't know about Troop but Rambo definitely out did his welcome. Not a good day for lil' lady to have her day off. Yikes. He is going to get us both shot. Randy loves getting me into trouble with the ol' lady. I think Rambo learned some manners quickly today. I'm just glad I wasn't there to see it. I would have laughed seeing her go off. Ol' rammin' rambo and I going to get a long just fine....we both know how to get the ol' lady going! Ha Ha Don't tell her that....means you to Joe.
Looking forward to tonight though. Dottie and Rambo will be hitting the woods tonight. Half brother and sister going at it. I bet the older sister isn't going to take his S**T either! Ha Ha Its going to be a riot. On top of it I think a good ol' boy that is his 70s is going with. He has a walker dog so he will be biting at the bullet to put in on me. It will be a good time though...he cracks me up.
Depending on how Adam feels about troop this week he will be going to a hunt this weekend.

you know that is funny my wife dosn't like that barking on the chain either, I am working on these a little. ANNIE treed with Charlie last nite on first tree but wouldn't tree on second tree . Seems those big old owls took the coon out of the tree before I got there,and ANNIE wasn't having any part of it. Thats the first bad tree CHARLIE has made down here found out he dosn't walk on water, just kind of skips along. BULLHEAD got to stay home ,moon lit night and I didn't get my buggy yet. JUST not up to a long walk. I suppose I better feed the kids it's 7 they need to have breakfast now ,talk at you later TOM

Well I am taking troop out tonite and I am fired up about it. I tried to go last night but the wind and storm had everything screwed up here so i am going to try again tonite. Mark if Stacy was going to shoot you she would have done before now. Tom you get that Polaris and you will be in hog heaven, you wont't walk anywhere, shoot I wish I had one.

Hope you and old TROOP get along real well. I think he is a nice young dog. Still have to walk some hills and thick timber are hard to get through but it takes alot of the walking out of it. Had a good hunt with Dottie and Rambo. Hunting those two together is crazy fun. I had a blast.
I casted into some other guys out last night without knowing it. They casted another quarter to half deeper. Dottie and Rambo split and both had a coon right close to where they parked. I saw them a quarter south of me but I couldn't hear their dogs. I found coons and left. I couldn't help but laugh!
Oh fun times. Dottie looked really good and Rambo did very well. They are going to be very competitive together.

You could be right she is better looking and adds alot more class than he does. How is things going with the young dogs? Mine have been on the chain last two days ,I hate hunting in that moon . Annie is starting to hunt alot harder and treeing better,she is going to make a very nice dog ,just got to love her. Randy says WILMA is a freak ,pups just don't act like that. He can send that freak down here anytime ,I love that kind. I made him a pretty good offer on her but he just looks the other way, can't say I blame him they don't come along every day like her. But there is a little female down here make her suck a little wind. We get this weekend over I'm going to try to get down there. Talk at you later TOM

Randy, scouty, wilma and I had pretty good hunt last night. Split treed everytime with meat. Both dogs did nice job. Randy had better hunt than me cause I forgot my rain coat and he forgot gloves and wouldn't trade. Lol guess he doesn't like me. It was steady rain then fog kicked in and talkedv about hard to shine trees. Coons hard to spot but not when they hit the ground. Well everyone have good holiday and stay warm.............chase

As I am typing this the rain has turned to snow... geez what a nasty turkey day. Didn't keep me from eating too much. So looks like tonight is going to be a boring one in the house in front of the TV. Drives me nuts.

Thanks for everything last night, I had a lot of fun riding you boys about CHARLES .You do have to say he will tree coon in some nasty weather, he is just a nice hound. DOTTIE is a nice looking female and a nice little coon dog ,JOE could leave her here in MO.Randy what can I say ? You are a lot of fun and I do think you really know what a coon dog is. It really does hurt to say it though.Just wish the weather was a lot better for our little trip,we will be back MARK. 7:30 and CHARLES and I are on the couch watching TV .Only problem with CHARLES is he won't let me have the remote. That dog is one selfish dog must have got that from Randy. Brother BILL had fun I think that walker of his is a nice tree dog and a good looking dog, for a walker . Yeah ol' Sir Charles can tree a coon in the nasty stuff bc that was bad. I'm still not dry. Charles and I must not work well together....every time I have had a chance to hunt with him it has been in the worst weather. Last time it went from 76 during the day to 34 at night with 30mph winds and we were out in it. Geeeez.
Yeah last night I leave the drive...I see 3 coons by the time I get a mile away. They were running but I was running for shelter and a beer.
Ol' Dottie and I got a few hunts coming up in Jan. We had to ask Daddy Joe but we gonna go. I might freeze my tail off but I'm biting at the bit.
Nice to meet your brother. He is a good time. Glad to see someone else trying to keep you in line. Ha Ha
You guys going to have to come back when we can actually hunt for real.

sorry I missed u guys. I was looking foward to meeting u guys and hunting with Randy again. I would have loved to have seen and hunted with that group of hounds u guys brought down. Oh well maybe I will catch up with u next time,but until then try to stay out of trouble Tom. As for the rest of u guys it wouldn't do any good to tell you to stay out of trouble.

I had fun hunting even in the rain. It was nice hearing Annie treeing !!!!!!!!! even if it was on the phone tonight. What Larry didn't want to hunt with all that dog power.lol Be over to get a ride in the new wheels soon . Adam i'll have to come down sometime to see if Troop and Rambo can tree a coon . Thanks

ANNIE is going to make a good one,I know one thing when you hunt three dogs by yourself it is a lot of work when they all split tree. You need dogs that will stay treed when it might take you an hour to get to them. I found CHARLIE after I took time out to talk to you treed with the meat . ANNIE loves hunting the road in front of the 4 wheeler, that pup can run all night , she is in shape. BOATER did a nice job last night ,he was first to tree about a quarter mile behind the house .Going to have to be a little easier on the coon back there,won't be any left ,if I keep knocking them out .ANNIE is the only one that really needs them any way .We need to go on another little trip down to MARK's again when the weather is a little better. Well keep WILMA in the woods if you want to keep up with ANNIE and I'll talk at you later TOM
