My Daisy Dog

I bred her to Red`s half brother ``GRNITECH CH FICKEN`S DEEPWOODS ROCKY. Daisy has 10 live puppies this morning. I will be breeding Daisy back to Red again next time she comes in heat. Just hoping that she will raise most all of these. She is a good good mom, she raised 11 of 12 in the last litter!!

John, did you do anything special to help Daisy raise such a big litter last time....like rotating the pups a little so each one was getting fed or bottle feeding any of the smaller ones? Bree had 11 last time and lost the two smallest ones and it seemed like every time I checked they were the ones that were not getting a teat to suck on. She looks even bigger this time around so I just wanted to see if you just left it up to Daisy or if you helped in any way....Shane

No, never really did anything, Daisy is an exceptional mother, she rotates them by herself and is really good at it.
I have never had much luck trying to help puppies a long, some guys have, I am not the right one to talk to on that. Everyytime I have tried to help, they seem to not make it! Good luck with those pups I am sure she will do fine!! John

Young Dog Out of Red

I know where there are 2 young dogs out of Red, 1 is a female that has been messed with just a little 10 or 11 months old. And A male that is like 13 or 14 months old started is a hard tree dog. Let me know if you are interested!! Both are really loud, thanks John

A nice young male out of RED that is a started dog that has loads of potential, has already been running track and treeing at night. Apparently he is extremely loud and a hard hard tree dog. He also show that he is very independant. Sounds like if the right person got him he would make a top hound in competition!!! PM me and I will give you the guys name who has him. The dog is in MO. Nothing unusual here

Other than cooler than normal weather for this time of the year. We have had Canine distemper go through our coon so in some spots there are less coons. If the rain holds off I am going tonight!! John
