Jack
is still here and doing a fine job for me. Jack is turning out to be a good pleasure dog that can win in the hunts as well.
snowed
in now, hope to get some hunting in before season goes out.
snow is
gone now. but its cold, i got to get these dogs out for a run.
Billy Jack
is doing well. Just getting fat, I only have him now at this time,Cut back on my dogs this year, i may get another young dog later on this year, maybe something to cross on Jack.
Rodney

jack
Has been doing a awesome job, he is 4 years old now. It's been a pleasure hunting this dog. Been hunting young dogs with him and he doesn't seen to mind them at all. If they make mistakes he gets them worked out for them. He will be a 3 way nt.ch. soon. I will be looking for something real soon to breed to him, and see if he can carry on what his sire and dam put in him.
picked up
A cast win on Jack sat. Night. Did a fine job had some pretty good dogs in his cast. Wouldn't mind getting a good female to breed to Jack. Jack has a lot of speck blood in him. You should see his dad's ped. Wouldn't mind getting something with a lot of speck in it. His mother has some great hounds in her also. The blood that's in this dog is well worth keeping. He has a sister that is proving her self in the brood pen. Jacks sire was never bred until he was 10 years old to a reproducing female and that was Timberjack Swan Creek Jill. If you want split treeing,go hunting hounds, good mouths, have the coon type of dogs. Give me a call.
Congrats on the Win Rodney. Good luck in the Breeding Pen with Jack. He has the blood in him to be one heck of a reproducer and when you do get a female lined up let me know and i may book a female or 2 out of him.

sure will ed,
I'm looking around, but haven't come up with any thing yet. I want to put some more speck in there if I can. But who knows. I like the pin oak toad bred dogs too.
I am also a big fan of the Speck blood and really like the Pin Oak Toad stuff. Heck everydog i own goes back to Toad with the exception of Jill haha.

be nice
To find something on the same line of old Billy.
hey Lloyd
I got old Billy 's papers out the other day he sure was bred up Wright. Be nice to find a female with those dogs stack in there. I sure thank you for giving them to me. It's good to study them to see how he was bred up. I know you had a lot of respect for the old Billy dog. I'm glad I got the chance to hunt with him for awhile. I think you hunted with him more than any one else. I still got the blood in old Jack.it's like a good stock of game chickens when you get some good ones you breed to keep the blood. I may run a post with some of them dogs in it and see how close I can get.
Haven't been
hunting much. but that is fixen to change.
I'd like to find me a solid blanket back female, dark cherry red female, with a good mouth to bred to Jack this spring.Nothing that needs hunted up must be a coon dog. Give me a holler if you know of any one that has one.
LOOK
Been talking to ED about breeding Rabbit to BILLY JACK he said she is nice and her mom was a real nice dog !!!

Any time guy's.
I just want to go ahead and see if he can put the mo-jo in his pups.
I'm sure with the wright female You will see some good ones.
Jack has settled in to a good pleasure dog that you can win with. This dog has never run a deer or fox. Never had too break him. And you got to drag him from the tree. I mean it's a job sometimes.
Whats that female go back too ?
She is out of Rock which was out of my old Chain dog and Jill. Her bottom side is Michigan Swamp Rooster blood. She is coming on nice but i cant hardly hunt right now because of the weather. I dont want to breed her until she is finished but believe Jack would cross well on her. Here is her Ped that i can remeber off the top of my head and some pics of her. Will you be enrolling Jack as a performance sire. So far Rabbit has been naturally straight except for a couple porcupines but no fast game at all and she is independent to.

she is nice.
Whats the cost to performance sire a male ? Never look in to it myself. Have to get a dna done on him.
DNA is $49 and then to enroll him it depends on when you do it. If you enrolled him right now for 2013 it would cast $200, after June 30 it will be $300. But if you enroll him for next year it is $100 as long as you do it before December 31. If youre planning on breeding him some i would highly encourage enrolling him as then any pups he sire will be eligble and it is for the lifetime of those pups.
