I remember that one night Jeff when we thought Andy wasn't hittin' anything w/ that pistol till the coon finally fell out & it was the shells,they're talkin' 1/2 a day tomorrow & no Sunday,might get to hit the woods

went to dicks this evening end up getting a 270 didn't have a 7 mag didn't know when they would have shells in for a 25/06 or 7mm/08 and 243 so i got a 270 and 2 boxes of shells im good for this season

hillbilly the 270 is a fine round ,I've shot a few with a 270 , jerked the rug out from under their feet ,lol

getting on to dark thirty ,going to make a drop before the snow gets here.got to be better than last night.2 tracks ..2 dens...HB,i have 243 Remington 700 .I like it rel well...I had 7mm too.it too killed on one end and crippled on the other end..

rise and shine 6am going to go pick up the grandson to check out a new place to deer hunt bad hunt last nite dogs tree a coon it wasn't very big so we left it my buggys dogs went back to that tree 3 times 2 times wasn't very far so he put them on strap we went about we went over on the other ridge was 369 yrds by his garmin it start beepin he said they were tree you could barley hear them i told him they were right back at that tree he didn't think so but they were i told him he need to put a boot in thier but 1st time he didn't do nothing put on the strap we went to the truck

I'm up HB,got a lite snow on the ground this mornin',got off early yesterday,but never went to the woods last night,hit the hay instead....I ain't jumpin' for joy on it bein' winter time.

got one treed before the snow set in..going to sit it out tonight.grand baby is coming over this afternoon and watch the Packers with me...

My other Packer buddy says the Patriots or Broncos will take it all....but the Pack will win over the Bears,told him that was a safe bet. Heard on the radio last Monday after the Bear beatin' the Bears coach dismissed the idea that the team is not behind the QB,I disagree,ain't NOBODY behind that bum.

Bears and Packers

Packers put a shelllacking on that team yesterday. Wow

Bears have a great offense need a quarterback throws to many Int. Can't win turning the ball over. They need some help on D too. Lance Briggs has been one of best ever on bears but getting long in the tooth( lots of injuries). He made Urlacker look better than he ever was.

evening been a cold rainy day today highs in the 40s been droping all day suppose to get down in the teens tonite calling for less than a inch my buddy is all wound up i help him today finaly got the other spreder fixed he got 1 in the shop full of salt he only has 1 guy left he ask me if i could help him told him i would help him some but not every nite and next week is a big no no im deer huntin all week

Think our weatherman said our windchill was 11 degrees below Cairo ,, or was it zero ,,lol

Just got in & ain't goin' back outside,too dang cold,that wind made for a nasty day,we got our new Eden pure heater today & I'm gonna set right next to it tonite

yep that wind is nasty it is 21 with a 7 degree wind chill got all my work outside done im in the house myself for the nite unless a emergency comes up this cold sure had the deer on the move i seen 5 when i went out to help my buddy bout whacked 1 with my truck
