Here's bandit on his 14th single by himself at 9 months old. He's really getting the hang of it. Chris, bad news brown is really performing right now, he'll most likely be the first nt ch out of turkey x abby.
Kent, it sounds like you're starting to enjoy Dan. Very impressive for a 6 month old puppy. Keep up the good work.

Smoke is smilin' because his 5 month old pup out of Turkey and Shadow was out hunting with us the other night and true to form with these Turkey x Rabble female crosses was out running track on his own and locating and trying to get hooked.

It was pretty fun watching this puppy load up with big boy locates and learning how to follow scent. He is going to be an early starter as well.

It won't be long for Big Dan now and he will be rolling.

One thing I know is that Kent is one of the hardest to please guys out there. If Dan makes him happy, that is one whale of a dog.

I am getting a little giddy. lol Amber is bred as close to Katie as I can think of. Amber's out of Bozo which is from Banjo and Meg, and that is as close to getting Zack blood back here. I think you will get a kick out of the name I have picked out.

I have a male puppy available out of turkey x Nt ch Jims Red Amber. This is a very exciting cross and should produce extremely loud, independent treedogs. The only reason this pup is available is because it's original new owner is dealing with some serious health problems. This pup is performance paid and pkc registered 250$.

Bandit is still clicking like I wish all 10 month old pups would do. I heard a littermate to bandit treed over the phone a couple nights ago and he was clicking em off good. This cross is showing signs of being a high percentage cross.

Turkey pup

Travis, I just got in from a good hunt with Mike Houston and Jim Garrison. We had some good dog work, the highlight was while we were standing admiring Jim's plott and my red male split with coons about 30 yards apart, Mike's female pup out of Turkey trailed right by them and treed her own coon right down the hill for a 3 way split. She had two, I guess you could say she doubled up on the male dogs !!!! She is a nice young female, I think he called her Sadie. Hope to get up that way and hunt with you and Turkey soon.

Glad to hear that sadie looked good. Mike says this season is what she really needs. Bandit is treeing a few but still makes typical 10 month old mistakes. It can be a real challenge training such an independent pup. Turkey can tree several coons and the pup is never where he needs to be. Jim Kumberg, I hope your liking your puppy, the ones that are still here are a lot of fun and not hard to look at either.

Good to see old "Lawnmower Head" is still doing good. That dog has more scars than he has miles. LOL

Awesome to hear about another Turkey x Abby pup doing a good job. Sounds like Sadie is going to be a good one. It would be fun to hunt her and Brown and see the similarities and differences.

I got another video of another one named "Copper" the other night. She is starting to fire up on her own. Trained alone by a young man and his dad.

Turkey is doing his part. Those good females he has gotten so far can't hurt his odds either.

I think you should be allowed to travel the country side inspecting various dogs in action as part of your 'job'. lol

Turkey and Abby

I took Brown for a go last night. It is hard for me to remember that this guy is 13 months old. It's his first hide season and I am hunting him alone. He hit a wall there for a bit, and still does some irritating young pup stuff from time to time, but looks to be coming around.

Also got another report just tonight about "Copper" getting it done again. It's fun to hear satisfied people calling you back that have put the time and the work in and are getting the reward.
