Air out the dog .... that's rich,have fun,talked to a feller today that said he's only been out 3 nights,1st night they treed 5,left 3,the other nights dens. yep when she ask me i said it's up to you but your probly just giveing it to her she won't pay it back going on 4 months not a penny has been paid think she has finaly come to terms that i was right i hope she hurrys up get's on her feet so i can get back to my runin around and get outa this house

got back a little before 10....had a good hunt..first tree was a pop up had 2 coons in it...2nd track was a good one ..fast hot race.for a half mile.. located come treed with a single coon ..knocked it out after 11 shots...I think it just got tired of being sprayed by bark and jumped.had a hellave battle.ended up shooting one more time to finish it off.3rd track end in a field tile...caught her up and came to the house...moon wasn't to bad had some cloud cover...

Sounds like a nice night of play time got a call last night from a guy that said he heard at the old quarry bridge,a guy that works there seen 4 bobcats,on the bridge & they weren't none too afraid of him,they start gettin' in my goat kids,they'll not be afraid of me neither.31 years ago today the cook & me had our 1st son,dang he's gettin' older.

them cats are getting more plentiful.i seen 2 over on the road just north of the polecat creek bridge.and 3 just south of allen fraziers this summer.seen 3 last year behind the house here bowhunting but didn't see any back here this year.the wild hogs are next.the boys been bowhunting with his buddt south west of Effingham .they seen a wild sow with 8 pigglets this fall early in the season....

Sounds like you guys need to get a couple of cat dogs to use down there . Don't know of any bobcats up here , get a stray mountain lion every so often and we got coyotes running out our ears .

is the little rossi a pump? I had 4 or 5 of them.couldnt keep one.me and my buddies would go out shooting and they would want to buy the rossi.. back then I was giving around 120 to 130 bucks for them ..I would tell my buddies I would take 200 for one and they would jump on it..nice little guns.

TD,i just heard our old hunting buddy,Stan the man.has had a couple of heart attacks in the last couple of weeks.heard they went in and put in a stint..called but didn't get a hold of him.daryl is going to call him too.

Dang that's too bad about steamer,let me know if ya hear anymore, them stinkin' pigs I heard 'bout them last summer,some clown down that way bought in a small hear to train hog dogs,got to expensive to feed 'em so dummy turned 'em loose,our DNR dinks will want to import them & wolves next.

I had to pass on the hunting tonight.had to watch the Packers pluck the feathers off them falcons..liked what I have seen in the first half...
