Thanks for the compliments guys. My English Redtick,Pr Breezy's Red Hot Ivy, goes back to GrNt Ch Michigan Swamp Big Red Bull on both sides of her pedigree 3 generations back. The first 2 generations are mostly bear and bobcat hounds from northern Wisconsin with a few GrNt Ch's mixed in. A fellow by the name Bob Steinbach brought these hounds up here years ago when he was envolved in competition night hunts. I bought her from Bob at 6 months and she started treeing right away. Being my first year coon hunting, I couldn't believe how big the coon are up here. The sad part is our season is basically over now. With the snow and cold the coon aren't moving very much now...... To answer your question, yes I did sell my furs already. I sold them to Greunwold furs. I got $30 for my biggest coons. I was pleased with what they were paying for coon. Do you know what they are paying for coon in your area? Joe

A couple buddies and I killed two big coon last weekend up here in PA! They both were right around 22 pounds

By the looks of the pics, you guys are treeing small bears.... not coons.

My goodness those are some big ones. Down here in Oklahoma, a nice size coon is in the upper teens. Very seldom do you tree one over twenty. I cannot imagine seeing a 30+ pounder staring back at me. Holy cow!

Finally got out Sat nite enuff snow melted, tracks everywhere made 7 dens and shot two on the outside. Still havent sold any hides yet gotta get them into the buyer got 2 freezers full!

He's 7 months starting treeing drags and hangups on 5 months going to start pushing him in march when weather breaks!

We sold our coon yesterday we got 22 dollars for biggest.
Paul got 40 dollars for a fox he arrowed during bow season and I got 22 for a mink I picked up off the road! I guess rats are bringing 13 dollars and we are starting to see some Fisher moving into the area the buyer said they are bringing good money. A really nice big red fox is 50 dollars. Maybe have to get back into rat trapping next year too ! LOL
