No, The original Bam Bam was out of a son of Hardison's Columbo called Nite Champion Hardison's Bam Bam and Dickey's Old Sandy. Junior, you will see it for your self when you get the papers.

Could she be the first female in WV to be backedup to GRCH NITECH 'PR' RANSON'S BAM? She is a daughter of NITECH GRCH 'PR' MADDY GEES ROOFUS. She is due to come in heat the middle of this month.... Sue is ready for the hunts!!!

Here is a video of Nite Champion Haugh and Postell's Buddy II. He was out of the Nite Champion Timberstar Buddy/ Dual Grand Champion Dickey's Old Sandy cross. A notable littlermate was English Hall of Fame Grand Nite Champion Briar Creek Sandy II. I left out the tracking on this video due to time restrictions but Buddy II had a big screaming bawl on the track and put good space between the barks. He was like a lot of the Buddy bred dogs, when he treed, you could go to town for a cup of coffee, he would be there when you got back. He could have been much more than what he was as far as a competition dog and a stud dog.

Buddy II was a littermate to Bam Bam II's mother or Ranson's Bam's grandmother. Look up the video of Bam Bam II or Little Bam and then watch the Buddy II video. Or watch the Roofus videos. We are talking about the same genes! Ranson's Bam will put these same genes in your English!

THe main reason Ranson's Bam is going to West Virginia is because she will be bred to Roofus' daughters. There will be some OUTSTANDING dogs out of those crosses.

There is an outstanding daughter of Roofus here in Illinois. The guy that has her says she is better than Roofus. I doubt that but she must be pretty good. He won't ever put her in a competition hunt but I would bet she could win some casts easily. Like all these dogs, you catch her at the tree with a coon in it when you turn her loose and when she trees, you can go to town for a cup of coffee before you go to the tree, she will be there.

Bam is also a AKC CGCH as well.. Weather permitting and if nothing else happens Bam will be put in the woods this weekend..

I am waiting on a guy to get here from Colhoun Co. Wv. wanting to see Bam go.. He is still bout 30 mins out. I told him he is rusty. So wish us luck he is a Walker man looking to convert to English.

I heard Bam bark for the first time today man he has a horn on him nice and course Lol... I may have to stay out til' daylight to get one treed but lets see what happens...

I know I am not trying make good first impressions either. I have never meet this guy before either but I couldn't say no... The frost has already fallen and still some snow in the higher places and chilly 23 degrees. We may have to stay in the low lands... But what if he does right on such a frozen night after being laid up. I am not expecting a great night but I have been following your hounds for the last three years and have been impressed. Like my Grandpa used to say if they got they never loose it... Just can't wait to see him go. The odds will always be against us if we stay at home.. Lol... When I come in with a great video you might want him back... It will be nice to get back in the woods I haven't followed a hound since last August so I am not only rusty but FAT as well... Just got in no luck we got into as much as 2 feet of snow. We never had a hound on the ground til nearly 330am. I think Sue is trying to come in heat. They both hunted good...

Will be breed to GrCh NiteCH 'PR' Ransom's Bam when she comes in heat. She does appear to be swelling so this may happen very soon... Anyone interested in this cross may want to get on the list early. They may not last long. Sue is a direct daughter of NiteCh GrCh 'PR' Maddy Gees Roofus.. Sue is hunt ready she is a first type strike dog and a first or second type hard tree dog. She can strike from a rig box as well..

Martin Clemons says Blue pups are possilbe... To give the public a little insite on some of Bam's history. Bam's mother was a cold weather deluxe type hound. Martin treed 10 coons during a 7 inch snow storm with her. Some guys that went with him thought he was crazy but one thing for sure he proved she could do it. He went on the say what a great nose and mouth that she had. Bam is aslo a 1/2 brother to Bam VI. He went on to tell me that Bam is loaded with some of the best of best in the English Breed. Bam will reproduce some nice hounds...

I have some video of Martin and I hunting Bam's mother in a 6" crusted snow one night here in Illinois. I think we got 3 coon that night. It sure was cold but the dogs kept us warm by treeing coon. I will post it sometime soon. I will add that Bam goes back to Dual Grand Champion Clemon's Irish Ridge Red Buck, a half brother to Bam Bam II. Martin said he always hunted Buck in the worst weather as he was a super cold nosed track dog that would put meat on the limb in the worst conditions. I have some video of Buck I will post when I get time to find it.
