This is a UKC Hunt. Deadline for entering was yesterday. You are either in or out now. Everyone only has 2 1/2 weeks to get ready. Who is going to win that money?

Only 10 days left now to get them ready. $2,000 is up for grabs. Who is going to grab it?

GMan is en route back north to get reminded of the easy life for a couple weeks and he’ll be there, he said he’d had enough of the southeast. 🤣

Boone, Roc, G Man, Mack... what a hunt this is going to be. Can the Old Man pull off another big win or is it time for him to retire?

Speaking of families, Jack is a direct offspring of the Steve O x Chilli cross and Crow Boy is out of Crow and a Steve O x Chille female. Isn't it strange how those Steve O x Chilli offspring keep showing up/out? And of course Steve O is a linebred Rusty Red male as are Roc, Boone and Fancy. Harold Hofmeister's legacy lives on.
And of course, I have to mention that Chilli is a very tight line bred Fireball female so that Preston won't get upset.

So where is the list of who all is playing next weekend?

The list is up now. Fancy and Tripp are the only females. Smiley and Jazz are in so there will be 12 Redbones or 3 full casts early on Friday night. The 3 winners early hunt a late round with the winner of that round getting $1,500 cash plus dog food and the 2 losers getting $500 cash. And this doesn't include the $10,000 bonus money if the owner is a member of the Purina Pro Club. What a hunt this is going to be.

Out of the 12 how many are going to show up?

I have heard that Trip won't be there but you never know about that Slick guy.

Only 1 more week left to get them ready. I know that Roc is ready to go. I saw his picture in the Va Cartel thread. Adam has G Man all hunted up and ready. I bet that Blake has had Maxx out every night. Jeff Murphy has probably hunted all of the hair off of poor Crow Boy. Jared has had Boone out twice in the last 3 week's so he should be ready. I don't know about the rest but with $2,000 on the line, I bet that they will be ready. This is shaping up to be quite a hunt.

So Boone only needs to be hunted a couple times a month and can still compete? Man that's my style of dog.

Blake, at 9 yrs old he is as good as he is going to get. One night a week or 7 nights a week, he does what he does... trees coons. He doesn't need a big time trainer or a slick handler. He doesn't even need someone to drive him to the woods. Twice he has let himself out of the kennel and Jared has found him treed in the morning. When he opens, you strike him and when he locates, you tree him.
