-- Voting (http://forums.ukcdogs.com/showthread.php?threadid=928544729)

Oh my goodness, what a tangent....Where did all of that come from? You can't dispute the message, so you attack the messenger? You even managed to bring up the vaccination in a voting discussion again. Of course I think that I am right. If I didn't, I would change my mind.

I have the "right" to my own opinion and the "right" to express it. I think that a person should have to show that they have the knowledge to vote intelligently and not on a whim. It has nothing to do with guns, political party, what they eat or if they are vaccinated or not. Voting is serious and one of the most important things that we do. It shouldn't be taken lightly. It shouldn't be "easier". It should be harder to qualify to vote.

I also have the same right. I NEVER "attacked". I gave scenarios, on how what you want, could go horribly wrong. But then again, certain peoples OPINION means more than others.
The way they vote is right in there eyes, maybe not yours, but theirs. VOTING IS SERIOUS? Everything I listed was serious, to the right person. I am done arguing.

I have no problem with serious voters that know what or why they are voting for a policy or platform. I take exception when people who aren't serious or don't know what or why they are voting. I am not saying that people who have a different opinion should not be allowed to vote. I am saying that people who have no opinion should not be allowed to vote.
