Jay we had a great time. I thought when I got up old slinger may be in his house sleeping but know he was ready for me to put him in with that female.

Raining every day Leroy.............new dog ain't getting hunted much till it cools down..........I'm wimping out this summer......he's looking better since I knocked them fleas down to a couple dozen instead of the thousands that were having a full course meal off of him. I see you are making quite a pimp these days with ol slinger, better load up on pups while you can.

You better put them big boy pants and get to it Heckler, I don't blame you. The heat was bad last week but we finally got some rain Wesnesday but they say go back to triple digets starting Monday. As far as pimp thats about to come to a end this year I may breed a couple more but starting September its about hunting no more breeding.... I'm glad to hear you got rid of those fleas, I hate seeing a dog like that.

I bought a pair of them Muck snake boots with the ballistic nylon snake chaps. Those are some nice boots, but get a little a hot. The chaps are soft and flexible. It's a little hard to drive in them but the walking is not too bad. $219.00 and worth it. I think the boots will last a few years and not get too many punctures. Those are the only boots I have ever bought that I actually like to wear. The chaps are not stiff at all, and really need to snap them to your belt so they don't fall down. Better than them old stiff Wick chaps, I can actually bend at the knees. I think the boots may keep my feet warm during the cold months too.

slinger1, have you hunted with any one using the Tri-Tronics night razor light?

I have, its a little to bright for walking with no adjusting.(Ken Risley)

Heckler get a sunspot light you want regret it. I got rid of my 2-26 volt belt lights......It is the best light for the money.

Do you ever think about the batteries exploding on the back of your head?

I think I am going to join a hunting club above Florala. My buddy has been trying to get me to join. He said it is full of coon and I would be the only coon hunter. That is until he told me about this new guy from Pennslyvania that might join.

Thats why you got it on a Hard Hat....Good luck on joining the club. You might find some good people to socialize with..
