Hobo, when are the Boone AI pups gonna hit the ground.... how are the gyps bred thats going to bred to him?? I told an older fellow a while back that I had heard they were planning to breed and he has been asking me everytime I see or talk to him when and what when and where.... I think he was drooling the other day on the phonoe claimed he was getting a cold... sure sounded more like drool than sniffles..lol

Hobo thanks I appreciate it. Sorry I did do away with the board. No one seemed to be stopping by. I hate it to I thought it had some info folks could use. Especially the training tips and such but I reckon not. Maybe I can put them on the main site. You sure would have been proud of the mutt last night. Took the video camera with me just for giggles. Mutt treed two in one tree looked great. The dreaded last drop he crossed the river and got into Lauderdale County. Fellow redbone man called me this morning and ask if I had lost a walker and I told him yeah. He told me he had a coon up a tree and had been hooked since 2 in the morning and was still there at 9:30 this morning. He said he tried to catch him but he would run off and soon as he left he would start treeing again. Finally put a pan of water under the tree for him and left lol. Thats why I'm not at work I just went went and got him. Got most all of it on video tape but I have'nt got the right connections to plug into the camera and download to movie maker. Hobo thanks man for the mutt he is really making a great hound.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm.................. Your gonna make me hate not bringing him back to Va with me in March aint ya? Sounds like he's doing ok for a MUTT.Did you get any still pic's of him on the tree?If so Can't wait to see them.Maybe I'll have to keep a male the next time I breed him mom back to Lobo.Lets seeeeeeee that will only be 7 hounds...Does anyone know a good LAWYER???? LOL

I don't own a full blooded walker right now but I sure like the looks of your guys' Dohoney's Boone dogs.

I'm not sure how many of you might take this but I have a cur that goes back to Dohoney's Boone a couple of times in her pedigree.

I am REALLY impressed with her ability and looks. She is fast, competitive, has a good mouth that is loud, deep, and great to listen to, and she trees good. I am just really pleased with her.

I would post a picture of her but I am not sure how.

Hunting ?????????????????????? Whats that? We can;'t hutn June or July here in Va.The fishen has been pretty good when I can get in the river.I have seen alot of tracks along the river banks so I guess I know where I'm gonna be hunting come season.LOL

Did you get any pic's of Skeeter the other night on his all nighter?

Hobo I got it all on video tape but I did not have the reg. 35 mm camera with me. I need an adapter to download the 8mm to movie maker. It looks like it will be about as round as an AAA battery with 5 pins to hook into the camera then the flat looking thingamajig to plug into the computer. Think the wife is going shopping tomorrow so I will look for one. I'm thinking our cameras are close to the same. I have a Sony ccd-trv68 ntsc. Any suggestions on what the connector is?

I know this is an older thread but couldnt resist posting. I owned a Boone daughter when I first started hunting was a good dog with loads of potential. Decided I would rather chase women than coons and got rid of her(MISTAKE). I now own a Boone granddaughter that is 11 yrs old has been layed up since she was 4 and will be hunted this season after she has her pups. Yeah I know shes old but I need a replacement. Bred her to Snakehollowjoes Lobo son PR,CH,Tulsas Dohoneys Lobo King Oughta be plenty of that GOLDEN Boone blood there!! Oh yeah by the way after 7 years of no hunting at all!She still knows whats going on a little rusty but a few good hunts should fix that!!!

Saw where Mike had one that scored 650+ and split the final four last night in the one year olds. That's a high score for that area the dog's name is Dizzy anyone know how he's bred?

YRJ he is out of a Sackett Jr. female and Cutter. John Evans is hunting him. Dizzy is 14 months old, has 3 first for ntch, and two wins to grand. ALL 1ST PLACE WINS. Dizzy is the real deal. We hunted up near Princeton KY with him last weekend.

YRJ just recieved a call from Mike and ask him about Dizzy. Diz is heavy Boone bred and also has 5 of the top 10 walker historical dogs in his ped up pretty close. I offered Mike 10 dollars for him he said he would think about it and get back with me. John seems like a nice fellow and Mike says he is a great handler. I wish them all the luck in the world with an outstanding hound.
