Hobo mutt did pretty good tonight. Struck in a cornfield ended up in a den next to the river. Came on back home. Now I have about an hour worth of paper work to do.

LOL not yet anyway. One year the TWRA (tn wildlife resources agency) did ask us to fill out a kill sheet each time we duck hunted. I remember that year it was more hot than usual and no rain so duck hunting was'nt even that great. I slacked on some paper work from work and played catch up. Dang work sure is interfering with my coon hunting Turned off hot again here but down in the 50's again thur night they calling for. Sounds like a good night to go. Hanna due any day now. Wed will be 63 days from first breeding.

Did ya make it to the woods last night Skinner? I turned Boone and Maverick loose alittle before 10:00 last night and they went half way around a big cornfield and Boone treed one.MAverick was with him at the tree but I didn't hear anything out of him.He did get up on the tree a time or two and get a good sniff.
As I was walking back to the truck I treed one about 50 yards from where they treed thiers.

No I did'nt get to make it. Did ride around a little a farmer showed me some corn fields WAYYYYYYYYYYY back off the road and how to get to them. May try it tonight or Thur night. Rain tommorrow low down to mid to low 50's thur night. Strange weather we broke a record low the other night 52 degrees. I am ashamed to say I got 'cool' at least. All I had on was a bug suit that material dont keep you warm.

Hanna has been licking alot and quit eating and has been pawing alot in the box. May have pups soon.

Running him tonight. Man it suppose to be like low 50's here tonight. Might have to break out the longjohns. First time I ever tried photo bucket looks good. Hunt101 has'nt been working for a week. Remember how his coat looked kinda brown-ish? Been giving him a bath in that horse shampoo works great. I think maybe he was sheading his winter coat back at the boone hunt.

Good luck tonight I'd like to go but we have been getten rain all afternoon and it doesn't look like it plans to stop anytime soon.

Hobo wish you could have been there. WOW he just flat looked liked a million bucks. Had him on a leash walking back to the truck when he decides to bail down the ditch bank. I had the leash wrapped around my hand pretty good. I may have to go to the hospital and get my right arm re-attached.

Deepwoods thanks. He weighs between 80 & 100 most all year. Been running him a bit here latley he is about 85 right now. Strong ain't said crap. He is one of the stronger dogs I have seen. I got the truck stuck the other night I hooked him and Hi to the bumper to pull me out. Skeet is solid as a rock big muscles. Purina has been good to him. Everyone has been asking me what is the water down here. Seems most all my males have turned out to be huge dogs. Hi is about a 100lbs in hunting shape.
