I bet that Sleepy Man will pay Rocket Man to be his friend and play nice with him or he will drop the sanctions. That is the only diplomacy that Sleepy Man knows. Of course Rocket Man will kick some of the money back to Hunter. That is the way career politicians conduct business. That is the only way they know.
