The Brooks still own him. He finished to Grandnitech earlier this year. That made him a dual grand. There is a litter out of him and triple champion Mad Dog Psycho Buttermilk on the ground. I was around one of the pups at nationals. He was a nice looking pup. Hope that helps.

Went to Clanton, Al. hunt.

Hunted RB (Quad grand Sid x Bam female) and was fortunate enough to win a 1st registered. RB did a nice job hunting against some nice hounds. There were 3 cast of registered hounds. Dana went with me and it was fun. Time to get some sleep!

I have had some people ask about RB so here is some information. He is a 3 year old littermate to the Brooks Hotwire dog. At this time he has a first place hunt win in ukc (last night) and two best of shows on the bench. Robbie and I own half of him together. As many of you know we each have plenty of dogs to promote and can't keep and promote everything. We are willing to sell him to the right owner who will promote the hound. I personally like females and only need one or no stud dog in my kennel. I am not posting this on its own thread because he is not for sale to just anyone. Ron it was a good time visiting with you. Hope we get to visit at Autumn Oaks.

Sally came in heat, Toby went to Wisconsin, RB and Dice went to Georgia with Tony Poole, and Jazz was bred. I enjoyed hunting 911 last night and had a great time. After having pups and finally getting back in the woods Thursday and last night she is pooped. I can keep her in the woods now. We will have a chance to recover this week since 911 is the only dog that can be hunted in the kennel. It is a much needed break.

Tony is breeding quad Grand Spec x Dice soon you might want to check on some of those pups. The Quadgrand Sid x Quadgrand Remmy cross has already been made again but from what I am told those pups are not going to be sold. Toby is in Wisconsin with the Brooks and hopefully will continue to the goal of making quad grand.

It's been like that here too LOL

I was thinking about it the other day, this is the first week since the Winter Classic that a female in heat hasn't been at my house.

I really want to see Brummy crossed on a high powered Mad Dog female at some point. The kind of females ya'll feed are the kind a stud owner wants to breed to!

I'm still in training and learning which coondog x coondog crosses work. I'm not the one to answer your question. I bet other team members with more breeding experience can answer the question. There is a formula (guidelines) that I am learning that has gotten the results we see today. Good luck with your hound.
