voting is over and Wisconsin covid is blowing up , 3 times worst than a month ago....Wisconsin on Friday reported more than 6,000 new COVID-19 cases for the first time, capping the deadliest week of the pandemic so far.

The state Department of Health and Human Services on Friday reported 6,141 new cases and 62 new deaths, bringing the death toll to 2,256.

The last seven days have seen a staggering 284 people with COVID-19 die in Wisconsin. On Friday the average daily death toll, averaged over the last week, reached a new high of 41.

Two months ago, an average of seven people with COVID-19 died each day.

One model from the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation shows between 5,000 and 6,900 lives could be lost to COVID-19 in Wisconsin by Jan. 1 if the virus spread doesn't slow down. If everyone in the state wore a face mask consistently, that number could reduce to about 4,900 deaths, the model shows.

But Wisconsin's daily death count of 62 on Friday was nearly double the model's projection of 33, which means the projection could be understating the potential level of death. The model predicts the state could see more than 100 deaths per day beginning Dec. 13.

TRUMP Virus HAHA I call Bull!!!!, when I went to school tuberculosis was in my class mates ,these diseases have been around for centuries, you cant quarantine them they have to run there course you just gotta hope you are strong enough to survive them. Honestly I believe Trump saved our country with his policies, he may not be likeable but he did what was needed without any support.

Oh my goodness, the election was one week ago, Biden was predicted the winner 2 or 3 days ago and Pzizer says their vaccine is ready and proven to be 90% effective today. They will ask the FDA for approval in 2 weeks. Is this President Trump's fault? Will Biden get his shot and come out of hiding now?

pfizer stated it received zero federal money for research and development of its covid 19 vaccine it did agree to sell the federal government 100 million doses for 1.95 billion

(1) Bill Gates was partially behind this, and predicted that Pfizer would most likely be first. So, not part of Operation Warp Speed.

(2) They are not talking about full FDA Approval, but Emergency FDA Approval. They don't have it, just announced that they would seek it.

(3) Count me as a little skeptical on this one so far. They say it has to be stored at -70 degrees Celsius (-94 Fahrenheit). I can tell you that there are not a lot of physician practices and pharmacies that have the capability to store vaccines at this temperature. With this type of storage requirement, it's hard to see this being widely available.

Looked like the Biden celebrations thought it was over. In NYC police were allowing non distanced celebrations in the streets yet the targeting and persecution of Jewish neighborhoods by the police continues there at an alarming rate.
I guess we should all know by now just how smart this virus is! You can get it indoors unless your eating lol. You can't get it protesting police. You can catch it at certain funerals but can at others. You can't get it at a Biden function but can at a Trump. You can't get it if you are Pelosi but all other Californian's can getting their hair done. If you are a governor or the spouse of one you can't get it across state lines for indoor dining when you force shutdowns on your own constitutes and they can't eat indoors. You can't get it at a Walmart but can at a locally owned small business.

If the FDA is able to block the distribution of the vaccine until Biden is inaugurated, will Joe distribute it? Or will he rely on masks, social distancing, a lockdown and increased testing to stop the spread of Covid? That is what he said he would do during the campaign.

I'm 67 years old and have never waited for gov cheese or ate It. Also never drew a day of unemployment or any gov assistance. Can't remember being afraid except when walking in some God for saken place back in the late sixties. I've earned my right to criticize my government no matter what party.

Seems to be a little bit of a conflict on this.

Pfizer has denied being part of Operation Warp Speed due to the fact that they did not accept federal funds for development. They went on their own. But, they did have a contingency agreement with the U.S. Govt. that IF they developed a successful vaccine, the govt. would buy the first 100M Doses for 1.95 Billion.

Regarding a comment that I made earlier (you can go back and look if you wish) that "something doesn't smell right". It came out today that the Pfizer CEO sold over 60% of his Pfizer stock ON THE SAME DAY of the announcement. Supposedly a pre-arranged trade. By a stroke of luck, he sold at pennies short of a 52 week high. What a strange coincidence??? What a surprise. NOT!!!

It also came out today that they were working on a powdered version of the vaccine due to the problem of having to store the vaccine at negative 70-75 degrees Celsius (negative 100 degrees Fahrenheit-give or take a little).

Look at these last two paragraphs on todays announcements. Then go back and look at what I posted on the day of announcement. I think I pegged it DEAD ON (before todays announcements).

The death count is rising too. Illinois is going crazy. Many other states are too. And, we are no way near the peak of this pandemic.

Where I live (rural PA), our numbers aren't as high. But, PA ranks 49th of 50 states in testing per capita. A big cover-up is going on. It's happening in our schools. Here's an example: My neighbor (my daughters classmate) was quarantined due to being in contact with someone on her volleyball team that tested positive. They wouldn't test her because she wasn't showing symptons. Despite her being under quarantine, her brother and sister (in the same household and attending the same school were not under quarantine). That just doesn't make sense.

My wife teaches school (different district). Cover-Up is going on there too. Administration is doing a cover-up, but kids talk!!!

11/04-11/11 = 8 days. 5 of those 8 days have brought us new world records. Death tolls are rising too. And, the holidays (spreading events) are coming.

We all must do our part.
