Yep,as long as the frost don't get 'em 1st. I ain't real big on deer huntin' but do like summer sausage,so I'll see if I can get me one or two,but only does or button buck,them trophy bucks don't trip my trigger.

lol ive kill so many deers over the yrs i don't shoot anything under a good 6pt unless it got a wierd set of horns i haven't kill a doe for about 4 yrs

It's been longer than that for me,the middle son is the turkey & deer hunter,he used to coonhunt till he got burnt out on the competition hunts,& I ended up w/ his dog.

I've been on a few of the comp. hunts,& didn't care for the rules,either a dog is runnin' & treein' the right game or they're runnin' junk,my plus points were a coon & the minus were nothin',just that simple,but I ain't knockin' them if that's what somebody else wants ta do,to each his own,just not my cup of tea.

i have some freinds that do the hunts but im like you not my thing nice wet moroning just a good slow rain things might green up now

Rained here today and I just saw the 5 day forecast calling for cooler temps ,could get down to the high 30s !!

we didn't get as much rain as we was supose to but little is better than none went up to the barn give the pony some grain saw a doe and fawn out at the feeder but it's on the windy side this evenin seems funny ta have 1 little pony around but alot less work now plan on keepin that way i hope

Been nice & cool here,no rain but maybe later,gonna watch football tonight ...... GO STEELERS !!!!!!!!!!! their gonna play the ball deflaters.

Started rainin' here around 3:30 this mornin' & is still.

guees we suppose ta get some tonite and rain all weekend our squrreill season opens tommoro and the trade days also don't look like im gonna go to either with all the rain we got comeing bet my buddy not haveing much fun in indana looks like they get rain to

We got a half inch of rain, knocked the dust down but that's about, the cool air will fill good may start cutting loose the hounds again

I ended up w/ a half inch,started my brush pile on fire this afternoon,then a shower came threw but I had one of them good burners goin' ..... kind of like them party fires "them guys" used ta have at the old schoolhouse when there was beer involved

i got some burnin ta do myself 1 these evenings

I got 2 great big ones that should be plenty dry by now,but I'm gonna wait till the ground is snow covered & the creek has plenty of water,there's some hedge in it I may try & drag out 1st.

my dad has a pile that needs burn im tearin my beagle pen down gotta burn the wood off it i'l just throw it on dads pile and burn al of it at once still to dry yet might catch the whole place down lol

Would have been a good day here for burning brush piles ,rain off and on, 62 degrees ,no wind to speak of .
