UNFORTUNATLY TO EXIST THESE DAYS COMES WITH A HIGH PRICE TAG. I'M GONNA CONTINUE TO PONDER THINGS FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF MONTHS. BY THEN YOU SHOULD BE HOME AND THE SEASON WILL BE ALMOST IN AND YOU CAN COME SEE PERSONALLY WHAT I HAVE BEEN "BRAGGIN" ABOUT. HE'LL BE TWO COME AUGUST 8th.

thats exactly the high price I was referring to.. and yes sir, i know good dogs aint cheap either. My grandfather just passed.. he was 87..didnt know who any of us were for a good while now.. I know what you mean.

Mr. Ollie looks good, always enjoyed hunting with him and going to night hunts. He always gave me hell about a red dog. Ollie was there the night I chased a coon across 3 trees before I could throw him out. The last time I saw him he asked if I remembered that night. Happy Birthday Mr. Ollie.

Some people are to hot headed to use a shock collar. Dogs with the right disposition and brains usually coons and a good scolding correct any problems. Sorry we didnt go hunting last night.

Thats all it takes with the right bred dog. There are no trainers just people willing to put a dog in the right atmosphere. Many pups are bought at 6 weeks old and long before they get old enough to take to the woods interest is lost in that dog or jealousy starts and the pup is lost forever. As Guy G. Ormiston once said " there is more stupid so called trainers than stupid pups". I firmly believe this.
