Tim, I've got to say after being at your place when I die I want to come back as a MAD-DOG stud. Those are two busy boys up there. Turk and Zip sure were happy. Damon,
JohnII, Joker and Zip have been pretty busy for quite a while, mainly being bred to NT CH females that most will finish to GR NTs. These females are coon dogs that most any hunter would be proud to own and they come from Wisconsin to Oklahoma and states in between and several are from Missouri.You will be hearing about these pups for quite a while.........Tim

John II is a grand son of Nt Ch pr Moppin's Bugelin Bueford. John II's mother, GR NT CH PR Mad-Dog Two Gun Billy was sired by Bueford........Tim

Just bred Larry Heski's GR CH NT CH female(3 wins) , sired by John II, to Dual Gr Zip, this should be an awsome cross with plenty of powerhouse tree-dogs up close.

Guy Houx just picked up his NT CH Lou female, she was bred to John II. Second cross.........Tim

Hi Tim ... finally got out last night ... took the blue female Cindi that I got from JR ... it was a quick track ... ended up in a den ... but all things considered she did pretty good ... and it sure felt good to get out ... can't wait till tonight! ..... Steve

Hunting our females

Had another good hunt last night. Went with Troy Young, with Rose(Kit x Crook), Johnny Yoder, with Kit and I took Ruby. We turned loose twice and made 5 trees with 3 singles seen and several split trees. Johnny's Kit female sure looked good again and Rose and Ruby didn't look shabby..........Tim

Thanks Timmy I had Alot of fun last night!!
Its a good feeling seeing a dog doing what they re supposed to after putting alot of hours into them!! ( Especialy after they were less than nothing when you got them)

Hunt

Brian Hutchison, Guy Denhe and Robbie Brooks came down to the Bunk House for a few nights of hunting. Several Missouri Hunters came by to meet them and to go hunting last night. I went with Hutch, Brooks,Guy Houx, Art lee, Brian Pierson and Daniel. We alternated ditches by turning Hutche's Smurf and Guy Houx Peggy females in the first ditch then hunting Art's WW female and Brooks Shot of Jack in the next. Got to see some good dog work by all and heard some real tree-dogs. We even treed a coon on the outside, it wasn't the best night coon were not getting far from the dens.......Tim

Guy Denhe, Ryan Clark and Jay Johnson went out together last night, I haven't heard how they did.

Most of the hunters met back at the Bunkhouse around midnight and were going to change hunters and go back out. Since I had to leave for the Kansas hunt early I went on home instead of a second round........Tim

Got home from the Eddie Green hunt at about 2:00 am (8 hrs driving time). The hunt was cancelled because of the weather, I felt like I had entered the Winter Olympics with all the slipping and sliding going home. I hope everyone had a save trip home.

Seen a lot of old friends and met some new ones, had a great meal and some delicious deserts.

Met a young man by the name of Luke Wood ( I hope that is right) that has a young male from John II and CH NT CH Scooter (owned by Philip Meyers, Warrenton, Mo.) Luke says that the young dog is doing great and if he keeps progresssing he will be in the hunts this fall.......Tim

The weather was BAD and getting worse and since this was not a UKC hunt just a Bluetick money hunt we voted to cancell it and donate the money to MO, KS and OK youth associations and the special prizes were drawn for.......Tim

If my memory still serves me correctly Buck was out of a female named Mad-Dog Girly which was sired by GR NT CH PR Quail Creek Jimmy and out of GR NT CH PR Mad-Dog Little Glo III (which was a littermate to NT CH PR Mad-Dog Gambler). I believe this should make an outstanding cross..........Tim

I had the pleasure of owning QUEEN for the last year and do to family reasons I sold her to Mr. Tim Vaughn. Queen is for real, she can drive a track good and is a SUPER TREE DOG !!!!! With looks to boot !!!
This should be an awesome cross. The pups out of her and Ben are super smart and are showing signs of making nice dogs.

Could you post a ped on Cleo? And once again you are making the choices hard on me. After hunting with Cleo I want to lean that direction. You will have to sell Sherrie 4, 100 chickens and throw in a male pup out of Cleo. haha....
