Clyde, The pups are good. We have one female left. When we get home tomorrow I expect them to have really changed.

Barry, good to see you on here. This thread was your idea originally. I'm glad it caught you up. Hope you and your family are good.

We finally got some good rain. The 3.5" should give us some relief for a little while.

I have had mixed feelings on Hutch and I selling Jazz. She is a special hound. We wanted to get a couple of crosses off her and then go back to promoting her again. We accomplished the goal with the pups. I am very happy now to see her go to Oklahoma. Brent (ratpack) will promote her and give her some opportunities she may not have gotten with us due to the number of young hounds we have. Brent it is nice getting to know you and I have really been impressed by your ideas and you being open to new ideas. Good luck with her. I know things happen for a reason. I am 100% sure this was the right place for her to go. We will be pulling for you. Lance

a positive

Lance, it will be a positive thing for the breed,Jazz,s off spring,s will float around Oklahoma putting some good blood in that state, and that alone is worth it another step to moving the breed forward, good luck to brent and congrats on your purchase of a nice female......Gerald

Lance i appriciate all the help you have givin me so far an Jazz will be pushed very hard here in Okla. I'm looking forward to meeting you soon and even getting to the bunkhouse hunt.

Gerald thank you very much, and i like you believe Jazz"s offspring here in Okla will certainly help to better the breed.

I can tell you beyond all doubt you just bought a premier bitch that is bred right. I sure liked Jazz the times I hunted with her.

Lance, I am as excited about getting her here as Brent is. If I wasn't in the middle of closing on my farm and starting to build a new house and kennel, I would own half of Jazz. In time I may own half of her yet. I think the pups out of her and Brummy will turn alot of heads when they get old enough to hit the timber. With the Battle being in our backyard, I expect ole Jazz and Brent to make alot of noise in a short amount of time.

Thanks Dan. Brent speaks highly of you and it sounds like y'all have a good thing going. I hope you can take that trip to Missouri too one day. We like Jazz very much. We have had a good time campaining her. She has done her part in the woods and kennel. We are looking forward to Brent coming down. Lance

Do you care to explain your comment? I don't think I said anything about Oklahoma. The only ones I've seen mention oklahoma are mostly the ones who live around there. They may be more familiar with what you mean than I am. Lance

I was replying to whoever said ( get some good blood in Oklahoma ) dont know who it was or where he was from and really don't make any difference. But I believe the good blood has been here for awhile.

Where was it said? Everything is in writing and I can't find it. Nothing has been edited at this time. Thanks

Hope to meet you guys too. We are planning on going to the bunkhouse this year since we can't make Autumn Oaks.

I respectfully disagree. Several lines have less duds in the pedigrees and produce more consistancy in the pups. If you really believe there ALL the same you might be kidding yourself. JMHO

Naw I do believe I am right and that JMOA next gyp you have come in heat bring her down and I won't charge you a stud fee and i will help improve your line

No thank you. You would have to know what I have to even evaluate that.

I've heard those statements before. You are totally on the same page as the dog jockys at the flea market. Every bluetick has the same chance don't they. They are all the same. Thanks for the entertainment though. Lance
