Thanks for letting me have a chance to get him back.i knew when I went hunting with him and he split treed twice from Super Fly plus he has a good mouth on him.he treed two tonight and one den.hey when you get ready to get rid of your all blue out of tree daddy and wendy give me a call.

I want to let everybody know that Dennis Shepard was the breeder of smokey river six pack and I went hunting with her tonight and she really did a nice job all five drops.three on the outside and she smoked two to den trees and she does have a beautiful mouth on her.nice job Dennis.she has turned into a nice female.

Shes cranking

Matt just to keep you in the loop I showed her a coon her first one night before last. Took a min to reg in her mind but when she let go she let go! Took her out with the old dog last night and dam what a difference tonight made shes cranking now for sure she is offical a started dog she treed good and was putting a little presure on the old girl lol she going to be a treeeeee dog!!!! Shes all chop ground and tree I think she gonna stick around I just have to get her out when able to do so Ices daughter is sitting in the same spot I will split the time with them and do the best possible.

Robert,I was kidding about Jeremy`s Bean.if he does decide I hope you get the opertunity to own him.Tom and I turned Tree Daddy twice and I would have to say two minutes on the first one and around five on the second one.He is one nice coonhound.

I have been getting calls about Stinger ,he is doing good.he has 72 pups on him now and a few a are starting to show up in the hunts.I`ll go out on a limb and say he`ll have 3-4 nite ch.by june Kidd is off his first litter.I will honor giving a pup to anybody that make theirs a nt.ch before they are 3 years of age.this isnt the best incentive but achievable goal and I appreciate everybodys eforts.I`m still offering him to the public for stud, No doubt in my mind he is throwing the right kind pleasure and competition style of hound.not to mention the big game guys are liking theirs.it`s a real pleaure to me to have one that accommodates the entire hunting field.thanks to all hunters for using Stinger.I would like to get another 30 pups off him this year.PM me or give me a call if interested in breeding to him.

I just received word that Bill Koosers Kidd scored 550 + and won his cast.He already has a first and a second so I would have to say this would finish him to Nt Ch.congrats to Joe Moffit and Bill Kooser on their cast win.I know Kidd is a tough one and real good about having a coon.

I dropped Kidd off up north this morning and he will be hunted at Ashland in a few weeks.I think he has the potential to do VERY well there with the coon population as thick as it is.I wish him the best of luck,he is lightning quick on running coons and a fast,accurate locater and should shine in that country.Stinger is putting down some track driving pups and I think they will start to surface in the hunts this year and crossing him on the Tree Daddy bitches sure didn't hurt anything. Thanks for the congrats MATT,TOM and EVERYONE else KIDD is a fine hound QUICK,QUCIK on bouth ends he is a get to himself kind of dog who is good about having MR.RICKY........
KIDD is a nice hound from a great blood line that MATT TURNER has put alot of time and reserch in when making his crosses.
I would like to think BILL KOOSERS again for trusting me with his fine hound and hopefully i can get a coulpe NITCH wins before he goes back to PA.

Raining something terrible around here and some flooding.

I did get the pup paper back from UKC for Dave in Alabama too.
He said he heard Willie was wanting his pups dogs back!

Ill sure be glad when this weather breaks. I want to hunt my 2 young hounds.

I have Annie bred again to Steve Brecounts male I use to own. Be some good line breeding. Annie will be 11 so hope she does ok with the pups.

My wife thought I was nuts for breeding her at that age.

I`ve been doing great here.we have alot of water to.I was going to go to a hunt tonight but chickend out due to the water.my wife wanted me to spend some time with her, I have hunts lined up for the next three months and she is going to feed my hounds so I agreed.you know where i`m coming from.she s the boss. LOL
she does a geed job taking care of them.Thanks for keeping the papers straight on Diamond.
I hope your male comes on strong off of Stinger and Annie.
Powder is going to make a few hunts here soon.Good Luck with your pups.

Matt I would like to bred My nitech female to him Ices mother if Brussel is not available not to sound desperate or anything but I dont know if she up for two more breedings and I just feel like if it going to be her last breading bread what worked and if thats not there I belive stinger and her could sure put some comp dogs on the ground!

KIDD did it again last night in his first nithchampion cast he scored 887 and a half + 375 circle no minus for a cast win BUT fell short of getting his first win because of the other nitch cast came in with 925+.He had another first and first on a coon in a den that only two of us got to see before it climbed down in where we could not see it again.There was acouple of guys in the cast that realy liked him and said that they wouldn't mind feeding him!!!
He got lucky in the bench show and won with a NOT SO GREAT HANDELER BEING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have said it since I had him hand me a coon treeing clinic on Stinger he was somthing special.Thats something that don`t happen everyday.you know it was kinda a bitter sweet moment.I was really proud as the breeder get to hunt with another nice coon treeing machine out of my kennel.I hope you have fun finishing him out.he can be a fun hound to hunt.all smiles here.see you guys friday.

Dennis,good talking to you today.its always good hearing from you.good talking about the hounds and sounds like your doing good up north.it won`t be long your weather will be changing.Good to see some Stinger grand pups making their way.I`ve been getting good reports off of Glenn in Ga.from his grandpups off of stinger.I`m glad you have two outstanding females off of Stinger they should really turn it up when training season starts.I know you can`t wait.

I`m just getting in from Ashland.I sure did have fun seeing and meeting everyone.It sure was great visiting.
I didn`t bring home any hardware but sure have some fond memories. I drawled Kooser`s Kidd friday night that was sure a bummer two Stinger males in one cast.but I seen some outstanding split treeing from Kidd and he had the meat.he feel short of winning the cast.
Saturday night Country looked good scored 675 + but i had to take a 225- on a big oak with a good size nest in it.I would have liked to score it with a 22 bullet.I lost the cast by 50 points.Country is going to make a great one he just turned two in january,Thanks for all the commits on Country,It looks like he might have a home here for a while after what I seen from him tonight.Thanks everyone.time for some sleep.
