9 degrees here right now and dropping. LOL we got up this morning to a very cool house , seems as though my brother-in-law that lives in with us switched the furnace off last night sometime , dang pretty brisk in here . The Alzhiemer disease makes him think he is Mr. Fixit .

28 now w/ slight breeze & partly sunny,a bunch better than yesterday,went for my walk & seen a covey of 6 quail.
6 quail,you must have seen every bird in coles county,,lol..TD iam going to have to take Clemson tonight over Bammy..

we still have a few around but not like we had when i was growin up my granpap kept 4-5 fox hounds around him and some freinds had about 3-4 fox shantys strung out them was the good ole days
I hope I can find that Bama Clemson game ....you know who I'm takin' 
I think what helped my bird population is my set a side,they got somewhere to live & eat,these prairie farmers up here tare out every fence row they can,even seen 2 cock pheasants last month,didn't even know there was any of them in the country.I been tryin' to help them quail all I can.

10-4 Chuck,Rex's uncle used to raise them quail back in the day also,my neighbor Jim did also,I believe I'd rather watch college football over pro at times .... unless it's the TIDE then always
