The picture of Chez reallu didn't do him justice... He has the features of being a big hound. He has a blocky head with nice long ears and huge mouth... He is built the way I like them... Roofus puts the hound in his off spring that's for sure

Thanks we've got snow now so deer hunters are out in droves should have had camera last night out ran a good track and treed hard took my time and let her do it without me she kinda likes the crack of the 22 hehe lookin good for her age .. Neal

We got our hog picked up this evening so the freezer is getting full can't wait to bite into it...

Last night the wife cooked up some Turkey Dumpling's from the left overs with some sage sausage stuffing and mashed potatoes Mmmmmm.... This ol' country boy is packing the pounds I need to get in the woods behind Ol' Roofus to lose some of it but haven't been up to it with all that has went on over the past few months...

I have the next nine days off plan on doing some serious buck hunting depending on how things go with the wife on the 28th.
This is the first time I have ever hunted the second week so we will see what happens...
The snow is still falling and right now we have a couple of inches on the ground and temp is 20 degrees.

The Granddaughter is spending the night with us tonight so we will be up late playing and watching cartoons... But there isn't anything like them... She will be 4 years old in January and in the way home today she asked if I would take her deer hunting next week so we will see how that goes as well...

The deer are pretty safe with me but we did have one run into a fence the other night while coon hunting that almost broke his neck.

I had a biopsy done on me a few months ago. It turned out OK. I hope the best for your wife.

We just got back home the doctor took 10 samples during her biopsy now the wait for the results... The wife says she feels fine...
