It looks like Reba is only going to have 3 pups. There are sure going to be some dissappointed people. Oh well, she did good to have 3 after all that she has been through. She is a tuff hound just to have survived and fought back from her fall. I love any athelete that has the heart to play injured. I remember when Sally would whine and cry to go hunting when her hind leg was barely hanging on. She had gotten snake bit and all the flesh had rotted off. All that was holding it on was the tendons and bone.

Moose X 3 time World Championship Finalist In It To Win It Reba pups were born on the same day as the UKC World Championship Zones were held. Do you think that is an omen? Will that $5,000 prize still be available in 2015?

Pastor Mike and I did some training with Hazel and two haze pups that are 4 1/2 months old yesterday just before dark. The pups are getting after it very good for there age. We had Old Gray Face along for back up. But the pups did not need it. here is a picture of the pups.

Later on that night we took Mr. Wilson and Addy to the Cox Farm. This is where I got real happy and this is not a coon in a cage. I did not look but I would say 300 to 400 yds.....TREE DAWGS

Reba and her 3 pups seem to be doing very well. One is a male and the other two are ????? She is being very, very protective.

I played with my 4 mos old Moose X Wendy pups for the first time today. I didn't have a caged coon so I just used a white rag. They are "naturally tree minded" and will bark at anything.

Moose breed a female yesterday the pups should be here around 11/21/13. Moose was also breed to Deana and pups due around 11/15/13.

It is kind of funny. Mr. Wilson is out of Haze but looks like Moose. Moose is a 1/2 brother to Haze and a full litter mate to Willow, Wilson mom. We will see after this kill season, I really like him.

Buck, I got a pup update last night. It looks like 2 males and 1 female. They had to move Reba back out to her dog house and away from everybody. Does that sound familiar? I told him that he was going to have to get a "Beware Of The Dog" sign.

Yes

It does, at night any one could get Sally and take her hunting. In the day light if she did not know you look out. If Sally had pups it took a week even for me to put my hand in the box with the pups. Even then she would put her mouth around my wrist but, she would let me look at the pups. I miss Sally probably more than any hound that I have had. Sally's kennel had four BIG Beware Of Dog Signs on it. I could leave her out in the big lot and no one could get to the kennel to get a dog. At night all a man had to do is have a light and a lead. He could take all the hounds he wonted...lol. Ya, I miss her.....

Buck, my grand kids called her an old grouch. I could do anything I wanted to with her. She was a strang cookie.

I had 2 step grand daughters that were about 10-11 yrs old. They could not get around her during the day but could walk right up to her and put a lead on her and load her up at night.

One of Moose's offspring got his 2nd HTX pass last night. The Moose pups are not only good looking but they are turning into real nice competition and pleasure coon dogs.
