That's sounds great Brian.There is a litter mate to Timber Shaker in PA that money can't buy!!That cross seems to have been a nice one,Bill Feldman nitech his Samantha female outa the same cross.The Sam and Missy cross I'm not sure about availability,you would have to talk to Jake about that.

bells workin out for ya shes a pleasure to hunt. i cant wait for that cross to happen. my lil female is a coon hatin son of gun. she is really lookin like she may be a one of a kind dog. but well jus have let time tell the tale on her. but right now shell go a good way w the older dogs n tree w them when walked in and isnt afraid to get coon bitten either. jus makes her mad lol. see ya at brazil.

Hey brian havn't had duce out to much been really hot up here wen't to one hunt with him should of won but have been having problems with him coming off the tree when you get with in 20 yards of him then he'll go right back to it but judges won't put up with that any idea's

Josh Im not real sure on that one,maybe a switch would help him out.bust his ,,, all the way back.Any hunt I've ever been in if you let the judge know your dog will meet you it's ok.Is he still treeing coon,any time you guys want to get rid of him let me know we will buy him back.The heat has been pretty rough here to,it's not coolin down to much at night either.Are you guys goin to national redbone days?

I've been geting some tuff judges lattly but what do you do I don't know if where going to make it to nationals this year or not I just took a new job so getting off time is a little hard right now

Red River Reba

Brian, just thought I would let you know how Reba is progressing. When we talked on the phone I told you Reba has been treeing on a drag since she was 8 weeks old, at 12 weeks she started treeing good on a caged coon. Well since then she has treed three coons with my old female Cricket, they were all hot tracks but she opened and treed good on all of them. Wensday night I wanted to see if she was running the tracks and treeing or if she was just following my old dog. Well I got my answer, I turned a coon loose in front of her and waited a couple of minates, then I turned her loose. She opened right away and run it for about 250 yards and treed it all by hereself. That is exellent for a 15 week old puppy. Ive been hunting and training hounds for 35 years and I havent seen any thing like it. I cant wait to get soom more pups from Sammy. When you make the cross with Sammy and your new nitech. female, be sure to put one back for me. Thanx again

Gary that is crazy,these pups generally start early like five six or seven months old but that is crazy.Keep it up with her,you never know you may have a super freak!Man that is great,keep us updated on her if ya would,it will be interesting to see how she progresses.Thanks alot Gary for giving a Sam pup a chance.

Congrats to Nitech Cookies Last Chance and Scott Groves and Dan Renkin,i just seen that you guys cracked the top four in the breed standings.Cookie is currently in fourth and her daddy is in fifth.Nice job fellas!!She is well on her way to making a PKC Ch also.Cookie is out of Sam and Fergy

Hunted the last three nights and made two trees,it's unreal how dry it is.When you turn dogs loose all you see is a trail of dust,Randy's Bang dog did a nice job last night,had Red and took Turkey out for the first time.They all hustled and tried,just to hot and dry.We will get after it again tonight!

Sam made his debut on the reproducers list at number eight,it would be nice if ukc would be a little more up to date on their paperwork considering they show Sam having sired two nitech and he actually has five.

How many times has a cross produced not only winners but reproducers like the Pepper and Kate cross.Sam,Burning Pepper and Pepper Ann all on the top reproducers list at the same time,thats quite an accomplishment.

Congrats on Sam making the list Brian. Reba is progressing real nice. Monday night she got a taste of here first cold track. Her and my old dog went deep before they struck, I was afraid she would quit it because its been so hot and dry here but an hour later I found her and my old dog under the tree. I just got back tonight, they made two trees and had the meat. She is sticking the tree a little harder each time. Not too shaby for 17wks old. Talk to ya later, Gary
