Thanks Hillbilly,ole Bob was one of a kind,we hit it off the first time I met him,he not only repaired my lights,but was enjoyable ta be around,& had some nice coon stories ta boot.....R.I.P. old friend.

Morning all you coon hunters. Another cold morning here. The sun is shining through. My hunting buddy that handles Deacon for me shot the limits of ducks yesterday morning. Sent a picture to me. Gadwalls and Mallards. They were going back this morning and try their luck again. Ask me to go and I said no way. The deer has not been in my pasture since the snow. They must be in thick cover.

My wife said we are getting 3 inchs of snow tonight ,I said let er fly I got a big pot of ham and beans on now ,got enough grub stashed away to last a week at least . I will peel the onions and make the cornbread shortly .

We got snow comin' down,weather says could end up with as much as 8 inches,that Chuck lives a terrible life Hillbilly,has ta eat only the good stuff......don't it make ya envy him?
