Penny was out of Grnitech Normans Coon Stopper and I am not real sure about the dam. This info came from the "Coondog Man", Mr. Mike Dohoney...lol

Dizzy looks good on that tree you can almost here him!!

Went last night with no luck took Bo and Cane ran one over a cliff on the first drop. Cane did well impressive for the first night out showed great interest at the edge of the cliff.LOL He's only 4 months old. I expected him to keep my feet warm but he went hunting.Second drop hit an old cold feeder track and Bo worked and worked.I ended up catching him and pulling him off of it cause 3:00 comes early.Plan on trying again Monday.(Cane is out of Shj's King Dog and is Double boone bred).

well folks after many failed attempts to get sassy bred(poor semen quality, not being able to get ahold of people) we finally got her bred today to Joe Newlin's Joker dog.

I'm pretty excited about this cross it's a total outcross but they should be some great pups, and i'll keep everyone informed on her progress.

Let's make sure that everyone is clear that Joker's semen was not the "poor quality" semen that was causing you the problem......Joker to the rescue!

Congratulations on getting her bred, it was not without a lot of effort on your part. These pups should be the total package. Brains, mouth, hunt, trail, tree, and accuracy.

And NO, Joker is not one of those UGLY OLD WHITEY dogs.....so they should be pretty too!

Well I guess we got some secrets on each other now. lol It was a very good chat and I hope everything works out for both of us. Think long and hard about those bloodlines. It will be awesome.

Well we have bred Flow to GRCH NITECH(3 wins to grand) Reed's Kansas Gator. Below is a pic of Gator I took yesterday, These pups should be incredible. I have raised 3 litters out of him and different bred females, he threw super nice young dogs out of every litter. I finally rode Mike enough and he has decided to finish Gator this spring to Dual Grand. He is also going to be entered in the UKC performance sire program.

Mike D. has had a tremendous amount of feedback on Diz and is booking females like crazy. Hope everyone tries out a pup off this dog. Take care and talk to ya ll soon.

Gator is out of a Nitech dog off of Dual Grand Champion Minkler's Kansas Dancer, called NITECH Reed's Kansas Kotter. Kotter is a littermate to the dog Jack Harding owns in Ohio called Dual Grand Champion Minkler's Kansas Mercedes. On the bottom side, Gator is out of a direct daughter to Dual Grand Champion Hardwood Gun and a gyp off of GRNITECH Yadkin Tar Rattler. He has a big mouth and is a second to none track dog. THE most accurate dog I have ever followed.

Scotty his oldest pups....

are nearing 3 y/o and there are a alot of real nice dogs out of him. Most of them are in the hands of pleasure hunters. I raised a litter out of him and one of our gyps that was spring creek rock bred and the female i picked out was running and treeing her own coon by herself at 5 months old. i sold her when she was 10 months old to a guy in south western oklahoma and last time i talked to him he said she was the best dog he had ever been in the woods with. I still know where there are about 10 of the pups out of him(there are probably around 35-40 pups out of him). I used to know where more were but have just lost track. It is not uncommon for them to run and tree first night in the woods.

Weather is great here and the coon are still rutting hard. Those old long ruttin boar tracks can be a lot of fun.(unless your hunting too much tree dog lol)

I've been hitting it pretty good last week.Hunted last Thursday,Friday,Monday and Tuesday.Thursday I made two den trees and the Friday night me and my Dad went for a short hunt and made another den.Same story for Monday night another den tree.Then Tuesday night my luck took a turn for the better and we made one den tree and then treed a double.Haven't hunted since Tuesday night,the Mrs had a few test ran on her Thursday so I've been here with her.

it's a regular estrogine fest at my place sassy is coming out of heat I traded toby for sasha with my buddy until sas is done was going to take sasha out tonight to some nice little honey holes by herself and now she is dripping!LOL
