I dont know how hard that would really be. Ive made lots of memories here. My best coondogs are layed to rest out here. So many coons have been treed, deers killed, fish caught, calfs born, horses rode. Im surrounded by out of towners now though and they are not like us.

Where ya going to move to Dawg? I'm thinking of doing the same thing. Selling while the selling is still somewhat good.

I have no clue. If it was up to me. Id move to south Ga. Great hunting. Cheap land. No people much or Id move to West Ky. Plenty of deer plenty of hunting not much snow. Several coon but more than likely will move a county or 2 away from where we are. We did just put 18ac forsale by itself. So if it sales. Want be moving. Youll crap your britches to know what land brings in one of the fastest growing counties in the country. We had sold out 9 yrs ago. 200ac for 90k an ac but Big O was about to get elected around closing and everythjng went to crap haha. Now its not back up that high. Its around 60 so we priced ours for 75. We only have 68ac but its a family farm and my uncles own the rest to equal the 200. They are never around though

$75,000.00 per acre is a recipe for HIGH TAXED land.

Good grief! Who needs a state lottery, I'd say you already won it. Ha. I understand home ties, but for that kind of money I think I'd pull up shop and live where a man can be as redneck as he pleases. That kind of money would go a LONG ways elsewhere.

My uncle bought 150 ac farm across the rd in his lifetime for $100 an ac. Hes in his 70s. NOw thats a return. Dont yall think Im gonna be rich though hahaha. That will be my parents money. I just live on the place. Maybe they will least buy me a small place and hopefully finance me a coon pen.
