Nice outside right now, going to climb in the lower 90's later with a good chance of rain this evening. Stealing the old man's truck to go into the city shopping then have a baby shower this afternoon. Not my idea of fun but sometimes I have to pretend to be a normal woman.

I wish I'd been smart enough to say that. Hubby showed me a picture of a NtCH we're picking up on the 4th, she's 10 & her owners are moving. They thought she'd be a good one work with the pups & finish out her days here.

Spent the wkend camping in the ANF with Jas (Arab/Standardbred horse) and Dandy (5 mon Redbone). My friend. Deb and I camped Friday afternoon until Sundayafternoon. Dandy loved camping so if he doesn't make a good coon dog, he can be my trail dog.

Just got a ck from NAFA for r furs....they sold the rest of r fur for $76.20. Coon avg $2.02. Red fox avg $6.75. Only got $7.00 for XL-LGE coyote. Muskrat $1.70.

Ouch Rex....

All my dropped meat goes to the Bald Eagles, had 24 floating around their feed spot this winter. Ive been out deer hunting with several circling above. A couple stayed behind to nest & raise a family in the huge Oak in the west pasture. Just love watching those huge birds.
