It rained this Am, but got nice by afternoon. We rode the Harley to DuBois to have them ck the spokes they replaced last yr. A few were loose, but its good to go now. Of course after tomorrow its suppose to rain for 3-4 days.

I'm up way to late watching a bow echo system to the NW, lots of lightening & it is a very fast moving storm. Might get clipped by a cell by Lincoln, the wind is starting to shift around now.

3:20am sucks & I have a interview for management.

Rex I still can't believe that camper you were talking about, 5 tvs? Smh.

Yep, it was a nice one. The TV in the kitchen/living area was actually the door to a cupboard!! Never saw that before and I look at a lot of horse trailers. I'm sure if they don't have them yet, they'll be getting them.

How's 🌹🌹's leg doing? Do u know what happened to it?

That would be a interesting set up, a good way to have a bit more privacy & a different style floor plan. We always have to look at the campers & toy haulers at the state fair.

Rose's leg is much better today, she took a couple running strides when she saw me after work. The inflammation & swelling is greatly reduced. Thinking of taking the older girls through the corn field to the pond for a swim, the pups headed the other way to hunt.

I don't know what happened, the couple I got her from said she just stoved up that morning, which I doubt. It wasn't anything good feed, sweet well water, love & knowledge couldn't fix. Her paperwork has the name Chantel Santana on it, Rincon kennels but how she got to Iowa from Northern California is beyond me. Sometimes it doesn't matter about the past, she is here now & is a happy dog.

went to st.louis last night with my sister,daughter and 2 yr. old grandson,pirates whooped my Cards,maybe the cards can win today to avoid the sweep.

my budy had me help him and his guy's move a 125000 dollar statue this lady had ship from californa it was a statue of a woman she call nitelife dangest thing ive been around for a spell

Just got back from my physical therapy ,gotta go back next week on the 13th . Looks like a thread went poof while I was gone , haven't seen any news for a week while the roofers were tearing off and replacing the roof and adding more insulation in the attic space , we will see if it helps from losing hot and cold air .

I really don't see why it matters if a feller or gal chews or smokes outside,a few years ago a guy ran a feed store here in town & had a gal that worked for him that chewed skoal,it never upset my apple cart.

Thundering and lightening, wind and raining here with lights starting to blink.

We found some mushrooms today; Chuck is frying them in butter and salt....YUMMY!! Gotta remember to take my Pravasatin because this golden yrs stuff does suck somedays.

Well Chuck you can mark that spot off your list,& next time who knows what you'll find,1 things for sure if ya don't look you'll never find

We haven't had our metal detector out for yrs. Except for about a month ago to look for Ruby's life time license. Then we found it in the basement. We use to take it out alot 25-30 yrs ago. Found a few Indian head pennies and some jewelry, but the jeweler said it wasn't worth anything.
We need to get some hay made so hoping for a nice forecast. It rained today.

We took Ruby to our first water race and field trial. It didn't go too well. She treed on the field trial but didn't stay on course and almost beat the coon across the pond, but she ran around it.
