That is never a good thing, Potassium is very important so is magnesium. Try to take them at least once weekly, especially in the summer.

Get to feeling better

Glad ur feeling better, Hillbilly. Thanks for the tip on potassium for acid reflux. I have a problem with it. I keep potassium here for Chuck to take when he gets charlie horses. He takes potassium, magnesium and calcium for them.
He mowed hay yesterday so I know what I'll be doing tomorrow when I get home from the casino. He said there wasn't much, but with just the 2 of us putting in a load is enough.
Chuck West, my dad collected coins, he has some gold pieces. When we used the metal detector alot, I always thought I should get a gold pc from dad and bury it so my husband would have a big find....never did. Maybe some day.

No rain here yet We rushed around yesterday trying to get it all in because it was suppose to rain today. We couldn't get the outer wind row because it wasn't dry enough. Finished getting it about 1/2 hr ago. First crop is in ...660 bales minus a few broken we rebaled.

Never went to the Meadows. Went to Mountaineer a couple of times, yrs ago. Usually go to Erie, they have Thoroughbred racing and slots. Also, go to Salamanca, my MIL and SILs like it better than Erie. My friend usually wants to go up once a month to a smoke shop. Came home $100 ahead from Erie today!!

15 coons in one night...WOWSER! In the NAFA, June 13 letter, they sold 100% (340,000) of the coon they had. And "100% clearance levels clearly demonstrate that there is potential for imprimprovement in the future." We avgd $2.02 for ours.

Chuck, my husband does a happy dance when he finds a quarter in a parking lot. Probably one of the reasons I haven't planted anything for him to find...it would probably kill him.

HB, how's the new Paint? A guy that worked with my FIL use to race his Standardbreds at the Meadows. My in-laws went down with him quite often; that was before they added the slots.

Posted by Rex W Sims on 07-13-2016 10:25 PM:

at 2 bucks there is bound to be improvment.dont think China or Russia will be jumping on board..
