Went to Chuck's 45th class reunion this wkend....everyone looked so OLD!!
Had 4 bucks: 3 8pts and a 10pt and a doe and fawn in the orchard tonight. The fawn was zipping all around the yd. They didn't stick around long. The bucks kept looking up at the house. Dandy and Lu were watching them from the window ....they must of got nervous and decide to leave until later when we're sleeping.

Sorry to read about your uncle Bill. My dad passed away in May, he would have been 90 this month. He was a veteran (Navy), too.

HB, I worked with a woman that got bit by a spider and got cellulitis, it was NOT fun. She missed work for a few days because we worked at a prison and was afraid of getting staph infection.

Posted by bigtimberkennel on 08-10-2016 11:30 AM:

Thank ya R.R.,HB you'll have ta shave yer own arm, budget cuts on your health care plan don't ya know

I've been laying around fighting my diabetes ,going crazy .

Hillbilly , you need to watch that cellulitis , I had it about 30 years back. Dang stuff started out as a blister on the side of my foot ,which I open with a needle ,drained it ,put medicine on plus a big band aid . In 2 days time it went up my leg almost to my knee , wound up in the hospital for almost a week. About half way through that week ,my Dr. came in looked the leg over and said we have to stop this at you knee in 24 hours or we will have to take the leg off , anyway they got it stopped and I still got my leg . But hillbilly watch it ,take care of it because it can kill you!

Condolences to your family TD ,getting to be less and less of those old veterans ,God bless them all .
