Getting great reports from the Ivy Buzz cross. Gonna show the pups we kept a caged coon soon. They are not afraid of the the woods thats for sure. Duncan and I took Buzz and Hannah out for fun the other night with some young guys. One of the young men commented "that was fast" as Buzz and Hannah came treed about 600 yards deep in about a minute haha. Got a kick out of that. Hope everyone is geared up for fall! Anyone that wants to see Buzz go please dont hesitate to give us a call!

Deer rifle is over in KY and that means its time to hit the woods hard again. Buzz and Ivy pups are treeing their own at 6 months and have huge mouths. Buzz is doing well. Hannah and Ivy are also starting to be hunted back up. Buzz and Ivy are qualified for the TOC. Hannah needs one more cast win this month to qualify. If anyone wants to go for a hunt please give me or Duncan a shout. Should have some more pups up for discussion soon along with a few breeding lined up.

These Buzz and Ivy pups have got their owners really fired up. 6 months old and they are bold. Most running track and treeing caged coons. Some tracking and treeing wild coons. Loud beautiful pups. We will make this cross again next heat cycle for Ivy (has just came out a month ago).

Hannah is in heat now and hopefully we will have her bred this weekend or early next week. This will be another Grandnite PKC/Grandnite PKC champion cross for Buzz but most importantly coon dog to coon dog. Some might remember Hannah won queen of hunt at bluetick days in 2019. This will be a nice outcross as well.

Been taking the male and female we kept from the Buzz X Ivy cross and they are starting to turn it on. Has me excited for the rest of kill season for sure. Still plenty of puppy left in them but they are showing a lot of potential!

Just picked up a male pup from Butch Glass. He bred his Grandnite GRCH Granni dog to Buzz. Smart acting pups and slicked up for sure. He may have a couple left if anyone is interested.

Hannah is big as a barrel, puppies should be here while we are at Winter Classic. Praying the Hannah and the puppies do well. She is in the whelping kennel now, getting settled in. Buzz and I will be heading to Batesville after work on Thursday. Safe travels to everyone headed out as well.

Hannah and Buzz pups hit the ground February 18. They are doing well. If anyone is interested in a pup I have 1 male and 6 females available. They should be ready for new homes first week of April if all goes well.

Buzz is putting loud mouths and big motors into his pups. They are competitors at a young age. Over the next year more and more will start hitting the hunts. Oldest litter is 18 months old now.

Will likely have one or two pups out of the Hannah Buzz cross. Can bring to bluetick days. Will post pictures once I confirm the original buyers are for sure backing out.

Duncan picked up a female pup off Buzz and Jesse Wells' nice female. Loud thing to say the least. Buzz sure is putting the mouth in his pups.

Buzz made silver champion a while back in PKC. Have not been hunting as much except for fun around the houses with these gas prices but still enjoying ourselves. Give us a shout if you think you can handle these KY hills and heat to see Buzz go.

Ivy was bred again to Buzz, this is a second time cross, everyone is very pleased with their pups from the first cross. Buzz also bred another nice bitch this week. Duncan, Neal Brothers, Andrew Beam and Jonathan Maynard are headed to Michigan for some hunting this weekend with Buzz and some young dogs.

Ivy pups are due September 10. She won BBOA KY State Hunt Queen this past weekend. That is her last hunt before pups but we are exercising her daily. Hannah won the All Blue Hunt Friday night. Buzz had 450+ early and 200 circle late but fell short of King. Hunting some young dogs off Buzz now and we are pleased.

Gone to soon

It’s with a heavy heart that I have to announce the passing of Dual Grand CH PKC Silver Champion B&B Blue Buzz. From the time he came into our possession we knew he was special. We only wish he could have been here longer. We hope those hunting pups out of him continue to enjoy them and any pending litters posses Buzz’s talents and ability. We appreciate all the support. Buzz notches his first NITECH with B&B Big Hoss Daddy. This makes two NITECHs for Ivy.
