I hate getting caught in the rain on the motorcycle. It rained last night here, but quit by 10 am so we rode on a benefit ride today. Had a nice ride and enjoyed a pig roast afterwards.

Pretty good system just slipped South of the farm by a few miles. Cows all came up from the bottoms but just ended up with .75"

Cool out tonight, but horse camping with friends and the trailer is warm. Suppose to rain tomorrow but be nice the rest of the wk. Probably only staying until Saturday, but if my back doesn't get worse and the horse stays sound we might stay anther night if we don't run out of food.

We've been getting plenty of rain up this way ,I remember the one day got like 1 1/4 in in an hour . it's rained here about every day or night for over a week .

Thundering rolling lightening flashing, even a possible isolated tornado!!! We're sitting under our awnings hoping it all goes away without getting us too bad.

Howdy everybody,we all went to the fertilizer dealers farm progress show called Maggie yesterday in Bloomington,Il.,had plenty of items w/ high prices....it sure ain't granpa's mule & plow type farmin' anymore.
