Looks like Fall isn't too far away and I'm looking forward to hunting some as long as my father's health doesn't keep us at hospitals. Prayers would be greatly appreciated the Dr says dad has stage 4 lung cancer and it's in his lymph nodes and on his spine and he has months not years to live according to Dr.

Thanks everyone, it's a difficult time and all I can do is pray and let God handle it from there. Dad does his absolute best to appear strong and says everything's ok. Still worries about everyone else except himself.

Sorry to hear about your Dad! Prayers up from the Robinson Family! My Dad is also fighting cancer but at age 87 it's tuff on him. My daughter had stage 2 breast cancer and in lymph gland but had 15 weeks of chemo, surgery and now completing 5 weeks od radiation. So I know the feeling well and Im sorry you have to go through it. You just try to be positive for your Dad and do all you can but it's hard Wade. Keep strong my friend.

Thanks Doug and I pray your daughter and father beats this horrible disease. My father isn't in his 80s but from watching him deteriorating I know it's awful tough on someone your father's age.

Well, I attended the Ky State Hunt Saturday and got to visit with many friends and picked up a few hunting supplies. Ended up guiding a cast and enjoyed doing so, because these handlers took their minus and gave plus when a dog deserved it. Great time all together, scored on 5 coon and to top it off an English dog won the cast and he was a grandson to ole Big Red Ben.

Tri - State English Kennel has recently made several purchases to regroup after a series of bad luck over the past couple of years including our home fire which was a total loss and no insurance. One of our purchases is Turbo a dual Grand Ch directly off of our old ChGrNiteCh Twin Oaks Big Red Ben and our old Briar Creek Ruby gyp. I sold Turbo to Ken Pritchett at approx 10 mo old as a started dog and he has never been sold until my purchasing him. Ken absolutely had no intentions of selling him but, he did after i offered him a substantial amount for him only because Ken had bought him from me and he has several pups and dogs sired by Turbo including two which are titled and one of them is a dual GrCh. Turbo like his daddy is reproducing and i plan to Super Stake and Performance him and offer him at public stud. If all goes well and the good Lord doesnt change my plans Turbo will be collected for chilled semen and plenty straws will go into the freezer. Turbo has a real mouth and is a stay put solid and accurate hound with looks to spare. Anyone interested in breeding to Turbo that owns a decent female i will do a puppy deal for a short time in attempt to get few more puppies on the ground off Turbo .

Another one of my recent purchases is NiteCh Hawk. Hawk was purchased from Troy Beach who also had no intentions of selling him until the amount of the offer was one he couldnt turn down. The Hawk dig has not been run in a handfull of hunts because Troy enjoys coonhunting not fussing. Hawks mommy and daddy were both born here and they were off reproducers and Hawk has already shiwn he can reproduce as well. Hawks daddy i raised and sold at approx 10 mo old to the man who still owns him and his sire and dam was Totally Alsome Al x Halls Rolling Rock Star ( mate to our old GrChGrNtCh Neuse River Big Money) Hawks mommy was off of our old ChGrNiteCh Twin Oaks Big Red Ben x our old Briar Creek Ruby female. Hawk is a nice hound that can tree a lot of coon in a hurry. I also plan to finish him to GrNtCh and have semen collected on him as well. I will also breed a few decent females for a puppy deal for a short time to get a few more pups on the ground. I also plan to Super Stake and Performance Hawk and offer him at public stud.

Want to say Thank the Lord for answered prayers and Thank all of you whom have called,text,and posted and offered Prayers and a shoulder to lean on at such a difficult time. Got great news today after dad returned from Doctor's office today they called late this evening to inform us that dad's Mass in his Lung has dissapeared and he only see's a small amount of cancer in his lung and the cancer in his Spine is totally gone and i was so torn up i cannot recall if he said the cancer in his Lymphnodes was gone or only a small amount was found but, it was one or the other.

I truly appreciate all your support and prayers.
