That was the biggest one I ever seen in my life. Can you imagine if it hit you one time. I don't think you would have a chance.

Livin' in those hills you got your work cut out for ya every time you go huntin' skeets,I believe where you & hillbilly are I'd have a mule,4-wheeler,or old beater with a heater ta hunt out of,that sure is some perty country though. I remember the 1st time I seen Virgina & them tall tall hills, thought man I'd hate ta be at the bottom with a dog treed at the top....& I thought we had some steep hills

Posted by Mike Milam on 12-27-2013 02:10 PM:

I am the same way the same Skeets. If I had to hunt in the moutains I would quit. I seen those moutains. It would take me all night to get to the top. Then another day down. This old man is glad he has bottoms. You take care of yourself in them there hills and happy hunting.

Coon hunting out in this flat country is a lot easier than the hills of WVa and Va and I'll throw in Pa. too.

Accurate Hunt Report

Jeff,Andrew & me went tonite got started bout 7:00 got a den right off the bat, then another,on that one they got on a guys property that they shouldn't at first the guy was a little upset till he found out who we were then it weren't no big deal, next tree we had the hide, ended up with 2 big boars,Andrew hurt his hand so Jeff & me finished out the nite with my 2 dogs,2 dens & called it quits,my little cross bred female did take ahold of the coon on the ground & is gettin' out more, still long way till shes finished end of report nighty night.....NO MOUNTAINS EITHER

Skeets you must be young. They would have to bring a oxygen tank to me before I would start down.

If Mike & me hunted in that kind of territory we'd have a cable car every 2 miles. If them fellers hunted our ground they'd throw theirs away

Yes Chuck Pa. has got some biggins also, never hunted any of it either....I remember goin' through them mountains, never did bother me but knew a guy that wouldn't go out that far cause he said he wasn't drivin' no truck or anything else for that matter through no tunnel. He didn't even like that little bitty one in Louisville,Ky.I better sign off now before I run out of hours

$5.00 is a good price,if your sellin',corn here is around $4.30 to $4.40 cash price. $20.00 ain't bad,Jeff ain't goin' tonite,I'm debatin' on it,I ain't got the coons around here like I did,but dens are better that laid up dogs.
