It's happy dance time. He's Back....

I singled Tater da terrorizer out tonight. He blew it up.
First drop. We crossed a track on the way in. Walked about 100 yards beyond it. Cast him. He spun around and struck that track. It was a cold one. 20 minutes later he treed with da meat.
Second cast. I put him in a flooded corn field. He struck in pretty quick. Good fast track. He treed. Den.
Third cast was his best. Cast him. Right when I let him go he took a hard left. Struck in about 50' away. He pushed it a short distance and then I saw them. I counted 6 coon running for the woods. Here comes Tater. I thought he would catch them. He threw his locate. Walking to the woods I could see the coon scattered thru the tree's. He had da meat. I need sleep.

First of all, I just realized I forgot to update on here that Kenny Deal picked up 2 wins on CH PR Red Fever Midnight Rebel (Rip X Maggie) towards Grand Show Champion. I believe that is 4 straight Champion wins for Reb! Congrats Kenny!

Last night, Aubrey and Terry Goza were up to Chatfield, MN. PR Red Fever All Dressed Up (Rip X Fancy), took class, breed, and BOS female, CH PR Goza's Sing Along Skinner (Clyde X Rose) won Champion male, and CH PR Goza's Sing Along Lady Gaga (Clyde X Rose) won Champion female! Congrats Guys!

Congrats to Kenny and Rebel. Rebels' lil brother should be grch soon also. That whole litter of Rip X Maggie produced some nice coon dogs. Maggie has thrown some super nice pups out of Clyde also.

Took Tater and JJ and hit the top ten we went down into he bottoms last night. Water everywhere.
First drop.
They struck pretty quick. Busted out the woods and down the corn stubble they went. They hit the creek (small river now) and
I rounded them up. Pasture on the otherside. Headed down into the bottoms.
Cast them. They struck and I hear Tater get hung up and JJ pushed it and she treed soon followed by Tater. Once I made it in I see why Tater was hung up. They had to swim across the RIVER to tree. Why is it they always tree on the otherside????? It was DEEP!!!! I was up to my waist and wasn't even half way across. Turned around and headed out, emptied my frog legs. Went back up to the road and came in from the otherside. They were treed for 2 1/2 hours before I made it in the backside. It's been a year since I was here, It'll be another year before I come back.

Only 2 more wins to Quad Grand and out of your own stud dog. That sure says alot about Clyde's ability to reproduce and about all the hard work you put into all your dogs. I could tell by all your pictures this spring that Aubrey had him singled out and ready to pick up his last wins. Congrats again and good luck on finishing him out to Quad. Way to go!!

When he makes quad GR, what kind of stud fee and stiplulations will there be? I wanna make my female at least quad ch before I breed her, so having 2 out of the 5 out there as parents (I think there is 5), and the razorXoutlaw blood, should produce some winners.

Terry Goza emailed that he took 16 month old CH PR Goza's Sing Along Skinner (Clyde X Rose) and 6 month old PR Goza's Sing Along Dance Fever (Ox X Foxxy) out for a drop last night. He reports Skinner got a coon treed and Dance "gave the coon her 2 cents worth"......this was Dance's first night to the woods. Keep up the good work with those pups, Terry!

Went hunting with Jason last night. Had Chief, Chance and Sally they took a old feeding track down a creek and got really hot up a hill and treed with two coon up the tree. Hope i didn't wake you i was just thought i would leave you a message. When you answered i couldn't hear you with the dog's treeing.

Didn't get to many picture's because of the rain.

Dogs look good Carl, and sound good too! No, Aubrey wasn't sleeping, but I wouldn't worry about it even if he was.....he loves to wake up to the sound of dogs treeing

Congrats again, Kenny, on finishing Reb to Grand Show Champion, and good luck on working him to NITE Champion. You've done a nice job with him. Keep up the good work!

And here is a few pictures from last week. Jamie Kuhls came up and hunted with Aubrey. They took Dice, Ox, and Ox's littermate sister Daisy. They made 5 trees and seen 4 coon.

I took Chief and Chance out made two drops each one solo. Chance was the frist drop treed in a prickly ash thicket didn't get any pictures there. But than went two next spot cut Chief in a draw took a track from a den up the valley two this big cottonwood tree. Heres a couple of pictures hope you enjoy.
