Hillbilly I smoked for over 30 years and decided 2 1/2 months ago I was done. Quit cold turkey. No it wasn't easy but every time I wanted one I thought about someone I knew who died from smoking or think about when I see someone carrying around an oxygen tank. Didn't want that happening to me. Wish I had of waited till spring when I could get out and garden and play in my flowers but done done it and not going to go back now. I still want one especially when I get stressed but I just tell myself no I ain't gone a do it. Good Luck Linda
