Hi all.
Good morning everybody, Chuck I have had diabetes 10 years now about everybody that has fibromyalgia become a diabetic due to bad immune system. Started off taking pills and exersize, now its 2 shots a day and pills. Listen to what they say it makes a difference and ask questions what to do when you say get the flu cause that can really throw blood sugars off. Its not all doom and gloom but it can get worse quickly if you don't watch it.
Linda , I am very proud of you to quit, that is not easy.
Went to Casey friday night, all I need is a best of show with competition to be show champion now, he is a water champion, He has a 3rd in night hunts been to 3, plan on making him a nite champ and a field trial champ. Ran him on his first drag (non sanctioned last summer and he won line and tree) so we will do a few of them this year. He has 1 HTX pass so need to do a couple more. He is a pot licker one step above **** eater. Tony and I have many catagories of dogs. LOL
Molly always comes in at wrong time Tony. Better keep Moose away.
Take care all, Jeff
treed one of the barn coons last night..2 down and one to go..didn't even need to use my light to find the coon when I got to the tree..sure enough was bright out..hope it stays cloudy tonight.....

Chuck For me
Took me about 3 months to level out Chuck then all was fine, be careful of low blood sugars.
Jeff
Gut and Rex
Get you some Pad Kote they sell it at effingham feed store I ordered it. Used it all the time on field trail dogs and my hounds when I start roading them. Put it on everyday they will toughen right up a couple weeks. Good to hear from you again.
Rex that sound like Andrews year1 drop and back thru week. He is giving me a very hard time about not hunting. Just got ok from Doc about 2 weeks I can start again been 3 times.
Not tearing anything up in Hutton Killed 2 coon there, rest have been Ashmore and Oakland coon. Not seeing coon eyes that dogs don't tree and have hit many dens.
Latter, Jeff
Re: Gut and Rex
quote:....Jeff I wouldnt be to interested in killing these coons but the guy that owns[I got to know after doing some carpenter work for him]this place got the state to issue him a nuisance permit for the coons..the state in their infinite wisdom told him under no circumstances to relocate the coons but just shoot them..from May till Oct. this year he killed 32 coons and threw them in a holler..what a waste..then someone told him that flybait and a coca cola would get the job done faster...I told him that was illegal and I wouldn't do that if I were him..i told him to hold off till season came in and I would try and eliminate a few for him...

Glad you are getting them.
I hate that poisioning thing that is happening. That can kill anything. Have no problem with nusiense coon as they can destroy a lot of stuff plus there is a disease that horses get from coon and possum urine.
Things have got to be taken care of. I have one place if I don't shoot coon I won't be hunting there. So i do what he asks.
Sure miss coon as thick as they used to be in late 70's.
Take care Rex.
Re: Glad you are getting them.
quote:...yep I got a spot the guy is the same way..once in awhile he will want to go with me ,I try my best to talk him out of going..if I treed 10 coons up one tree he would demand that I killed everyone or I wouldn't get to hunt there anymore..so I usually go over there on a crappy night when its raining or windy or pretty cold so he don't want to go with me...yea the mid 60's to the early 80's sure was the hay day for coons around here for sure..pretty easy to train a young dawg back then.....
