Wild weather now the suns out & 78 degrees.

Took a day to pack for a 4 day camping trip. Should have cancelled, but it's our yrly trip to Benezette to ride and look for elk. My friend, Deb, and I followed each other up and got there about 10 am. At 11 our 2 other friends weren't there yet. About 11:30, the campground owner came up to ck on us, so I asked if he heard from our friends. He told us they weren't coming until later😕 We got our horse tacked up and went riding. We saw a a cow, a decent bull and 3 little bulls in tbe first group and a bull and 4 cows in the second group. We got misplaced a couple of times and didn't get back until 5 pm. By 7 it was raining and it was raining when we got up, they were calling for rain all day and severe thunder storms tomorrow...so we left. But not until the campground owner had to pull Deb's rig out of the mud. Really tired of mud and rain.

seems like all it does is rain ridge had the boy pull the shoes off the bay may put them back on & may not no time to ride he help me tear down my 2 run dog kennel want to tear my 8x8 down told him i wana keep it incase i get a wild hair to get another hound told him his bay & my bay would look good togather in the harrness could pul them in the over weight class but that went down hill quick

Sounds like Hb & Miss Ridge have had a little fun w/o the sun. It's sunny this mornin & had another rain early this mornin only 55 & chilly breeze,other than that it'll work for me.

Cold and rainy here...talking Chuck into a casino trip. My mom and 3 of her sisters r mtg there. It's a family thing.

high of 60 here today been pokein the rain down sense dinner time im wondering if it's ever gonna stop rainin here in wv lol dang them dems are sure trying to stall things to keep kavanaugh from getting in from what ive seen on tv today don't think they have anything on him wonder how much the dems paid that lady to say that he assult her jmo but i think if you get assulted in your teens you should have called the poilce right then not yrs down the road

I'm with you Hb,them politicians are turnin this whole ordeal into a circus,& people are buyin this b.s. hook line & sinker,ain't nobody said anything bout ole slick Willie & Monica ordeal,got a chilly 52 this mornin.

Turnin out to be a nice day,sunny & up to 68 now

was a nice day here for a change help the yard crew today try to get caught up got a few done & a few was to wet water layin everywhere gonna try to get some done tommoro if they dry out enough not to leave mud tracks from the mower

you mean it's dry enough to get in the feilds out there way it looks here 3 days of dryin out then more rain next week was talkin to a gas well boss this moronin at the shop from down in chucks country he said he know chuck went to school with his boy forgot to ask him his name said they were about ready to move out of here to start some where else

nice cool moronin was pretty foggy at 7 am this moronin but it's clearin out now suppose to get close to 80 today

Oh yah HB some of these guys mud just to be in the field it's a nice 77 now

got a bit warm here today step daughters man came help me on the building today got 3 sides put up & frame up for the roof couple day's with him helpin me i can get it done hopefuly get on it again next week end

TD, if they bait me by giving back $400+ when I put $20 in, I hope they do it a few more times.
2 of my friends cancelled their Wed vacation day and took Friday off. We went to an old CCC Camp that has horse camping now. It borders the ANF. The ANF has 38 miles of horse trails. We spent 3 days/2 nites there. Today, we only rode 4-5 miles, but Friday and Saturday, we rode 10-12 miles a day. First time I rode there this yr without seeing a rattlesnake, only saw a few deer and squirrels. Just before we left, my friend noticed HUGE nightcrawlers coming up out of the ground. YUK. I couldn't pick them up, almost got one once, but YUK. She caught a bunch of them for Chuck. He let them loose, he said he wasn't fishing because it's archery season...last time I bring him home a present from a horse camping trip.

If them worms stick around he can get more later,they'll reproduce,much warmer this mornin.

By golly today's the openin day for bow season on them fence jumpers. Sure has buzzed by this yr.,oh well that's life.
