A cold you tonite & we're headin' to the brush.... hope they got a good warm fire at the old schoolhouse.

31 here at 9 pm got a snow shower that cover the ground wasn't sticking to the roads yet but suppose to drop down to 14 by moroning

No coons for us,but that wood stove sure felt good,2 guys got coon....good nite.

8 degrees here and snowing some . Sugar is below 200 this morning at 197 meds are finally kickin in .

Where we went last nite seen bunny tracks,maybe on the rebound,& last nite down by the club seen 2 deer...Leroy Dow was at the club lookin' fit,said coons should start ruttin' anytime now.Seen the ole hound at the grocery store this mornin',spendin' his retirement money.

ain't snowin here but pretty cold up to 16 big degrees

Iam up to a scorching 26 degrees...that will feel hot compared to next week......back to the deep freeze they say....

I just now finished my lunch ,looked out the window still got the fine snow falling and my handy dandy smart phone says its 18 degrees. Rex ,I hope that deep freeze kinda moves out fast .

Just now looked out on the deck and the wife has been feeding squirrels around here,lol, they are getting so fat their bellies are rubbing the deck when they crawl around . This one gray looks as big as the calf of my leg . Seriously !!

chuck ,I think they are saying cold for most of next week.hope they are wrong..fat squirrels are happy squirrels..i have 3 cottontail rabbits left in my yard the cats and hawks and owls aint grabbed yet.i been feeding them corn..their bellies drag in the snow..lol..snowing here now.....

When she started feeding them ,I told her she was fattening them up for local yotes to eat . Couple years back we had one gray that was missing 3/4 of his tail and one ear ,don't know for sure but I think he had an eye missing too ,well he got fat and slow came up missing ,he finally got caught more than likely .

Without his tail ,he was as clumsy as a hog on ice ,,,didn't jump much from limb to limb ,,no balance .

Been watchin' Fox sports,they had a car auction on & had a '69 corvette drag car only 4 of 'em made brought $2,600,000.00 one of the builders of the car said it was sold in '72 for $7,500.00 They sold a '67 vet only 20 of 'em made $3,500,00.00 that sure would buy alot of dogfood.

I been watching the east west shrine game.they put easterns QB. Jimmy G. in with 6min.s left in the 2nd quarter.in 6 min.s he went 9 for 11 for 100 yards and one TD.hope they leave him in ,lots of nfl scouts there..they will get to see him again next week when he plays in the senior bowl..
