Had a good time a SNRD. Had the pleasure to hunt with Buck, Mac, Wilma and Train during the three nights. Was good to see some of the younger dogs get wins. Both Rhonda and Daniel came away with first place wins. Fun weekend connecting with folks from all over. Weather was great and the hunting was good too.

You can see who the hard core cartel guys are and who wimped out and went home early. Just look at the pictures taken in the afternoons and the one of Daniel from late Sat night. Those young guys just can't hang.

John, thanks for letting me borrow a Garmin. My memory is just not what it used to be. I always forget something. I am sure glad that you are on our team.

Congrats to all the cartel who won, it was nice seeing everyone and meeting new people. Me and Winnie just couldn't catch a break but that's how it goes. It sure felt good to get a full night sleep last night.

Well SRD is over and the dust has settled. It is time for the Cabin Hunt now. Linkous, you have always been in charge of getting this together. You aren't going to wimp out on us this year are you? I have always had a good time there. Maybe you can get Bond to help out. Storm should be out of heat in time to come.

I turned Wilma and Daniel's littermate sister loose last night and they treed one. I have to move on while y'all are just hunting those same dogs. I guess that Linkous is the only one that isn't hunting. Jason, did Andy take Rhonda to work with him?

I think NC coons smell different, cut Winnie last night she went about 450 and treed in probably 5 or 10 min.

Got it, do you mean that there is a one yr old Redbone that will go hunting and tree a coon all by herself. I can remember that used to be unheard of several years back.
