ya better just wait till new yrs day may bring you better luck ridge just got home a 1/2 hr ago we hit 2 tracks tree 2 coon us old farts were wore out both tracks were long tracks 2nd tree his young gyp jumped on his old dog he just grabed her ty her back i told him id kick her guts out if it was my dog said afraid he couldn't catch her if he did that told him ain't gonna be any good if she wants to fight then the yotes came in close started yapin so we call it a night

A wet start this mornin 43 & rain....better than ice or snow. Your gonna have to exercise more Hb then you'll be in shape to hill climb even. 🤔

not to bad a hunt last night .made 4 trees seen 4 coons..3 coons in one tree and one coon in another tree.made a slick on the third track and a den on the forth track.it was 11 a clock and the wind picked up so we packed it in..for a 13 month old pup I thought she did a nice job...man I sure was awaken to why I got rid of the coonhounds.just cant cover the ground anymore..i told the guys I was like dragging a anchor around for them.they told me as long as I brought more summer sausage ,crackers and cheese and more coffee I could come back anytime.lol.

Big time 10 4 on the wind,its 52 now but sure don't feel like it,its been a wild ride today.....probably why them coons moved last night a cold down is comin,1 night their callin for 14.

Mornin all still windy this mornin,46 at the moment weatherman says its headed down to cold time comin we'll see if their right still callin daytime highs in the 40's,but teens at night.

i would be happy if it would just quit rainin here for aa couple wks but don't think it will happen

The mafia got their $6 + back today. I shouldn't have went, but just couldn't say "no" when my friend asked. Wish the weather would get nice, I would rather ride.
We pulled our fisher traps the day after Christmas, so set a few more bobcat and coyote traps today.

34 here this moronin with a coating of snow on the roof tops went huntin last niite had little fine like ice balls falling some not a good nite tree in thick grapevines both times never found neither coon 1 st tree dang coyotes started yappin but was a ways off never heard them rest of the nite his young hammer gyp took a trip last nite think the garmin said she was close to 1/2 away buddy said she's not gonna stay keeps doing that told him when he got her she's bred to go '

them yotes can be a pain in the azz...my buddy called this morning, wanting to go tonight,i told him I call him later,ive just recovered from the other nights hunt..lol..the loving woman went to bingo last night,she didn't win at bingo but won a 500 and 300 on pull tabs.she only had 20 bucks in the jars so it was a good pay back....
