Roads were icy here yesterday so we stayed home. Glad we took Mom on Sunday for her birthday.
22° here tonight. It was sunny today, the pups went out and played in the snow.
My friend is still in the hospital. I told her we're going to the casino to pick Chuck's mom up on Sunday; asked her if she wanted me to pick her up a bag of cigarettes while we were up there, she said "no". Wonder how long she'll quit for this time.

38° here. Talked Chuck into going riding. Just rode around here for an hour and a half. Saw lots of tracks in the snow: deer, coyote, turkey, coon and fisher. Saw 4 deer running out ahead of us. Jericho had to buck once, but then he was good for the rest of the ride. First, he's been ridden for a couple of months.
