We have a new member now. Gary Tom Beaty has purchased Bruiser from Jared. Back when I was just getting started I hunted Little Zack for Gary Tom's daddy. Sweetie came in heat and I bred her to Little Zack and the rest is history as they say. Gary Tom was about 10 years old then and is now in his late 20's. Man do I feel old this morning.

Oh my goodness, what a pitiful night. It took Wendy until 3:30 this morning to get a coon treed. At least the moon was so bright I could walk in between some houses to get to her without my light.

Did a little training today.....

I had better luck last night. I took Daniel to a PKC hunt and won $72. Then I stopped late on the way home and turned him loose by himself and he treed a coon that was sound asleep way up high in a fork.

It looks like Bland is having a big hunt tomorrow night. Is anyone from the Cartel going to be there?

I aint been on here in a good bit trying to catch up is tough lol
Hope you all had a good winter next weekend is the first hunt of the year up here and its a redbone sectional we will see how it goes. How many of you are planning of going to national days in Ohio this year?

National Days?? It doesn't look like anyone is even going to Bland which is only 30 min away.
I took Daniel to another PKC hunt last night but got beat. Daniel split twice, once with a coon and once with a big leafy circle. Three walkers pulled up short and Daniel trailed on and treed right at the end but I could not get his coon to look.

Ill be hunting hunts starting next week and I gained another handler so this year should be fun as long as the dogs cooperate. I will be at national days either way hopefully with a few extra hounds and handlers

Hit the first hunt of the year last night in NY with Addy we tied the cast with a walker and got beat because he had more tree points either way Addy had no minus and 150 circle points finished with 175+
I think its gonna be a good year for her

Wendy has been back on Doxy for only 3 days so I took her by herself last night. I had to go to the ridges since all of the flat ground is flooded. She got real deep in a hurry and got treed out of hearing and out of my Garmin's range. So it took me awhile to get to her. Look at what she did to that tree. And she doesn't chew.
