we had a couple of storms here last nite lots thunder @ lighting 70 degrees at the moment with storms this afternoon gonna try get my grass mowed before starts stormin

Not much rain yesterday mowed most of it after it dried out,gonna try for the rest of it today,me & ole chew Bob went yesterday evenin to West Union & eat fish good meal.

i just finished up my mowin stil have to weedeat but it's startin to rain i mowed it on 2 today growin to dang fast ith all this rain

70 degrees here suppose to get up to 81a slight chance of a thunderstorm today suppose to get storms move in late tonite

So far 77 & a nice cool breeze. Keeps this up & I'll be able to finish mowin this afternoon.👍

I finished my mowin yesterday its all mowed & ready to re grow oh boy,old Fred I worked with at the farmstore said at 1 time there was a chemical you could spray on the lawn after you mowed & it stunted it's growth kept it green but slowed the growth,said they don't make it anymore he said he had it when he managed the Royster Clark plant,some lawnmower outfit probably bought it out. Got a nice 73 this mornin.

Me oh my a warm 85 degrees & a breeze.

it was a right down hot @ humid day here this workin till almost dark gettin old already suppose to get bad storms tonite then again tommoro afternoon said some may be prety bad had a toronado over in ohio know of 1 person dead lot of damage

Heard you guys up northern il supposed to see maybe 7 inches in the next two days?? They really turned down the outflow at carlyle cause of the mississippi river flooding so bad. My areas have dried out nicely with the warm weather and wind.

Here in central Illinois we've dried out some over the Memorial day weekend but it rained again last night,there was quite a bit planted before then,but south of Marshall,Illinois there ain't a lot planted yet its 64 & cloudy now. I heard up around LaSalle & such their wetter than wet.

getting a few sprinkles this morning..Shellbyville cut their outflow too. my buddies down there will be glad,they didn't get to fish last weekend.

I went to a Craig Cameron riding clinic over the weekend. It rained Saturday and Sunday, but we were in a huge indoor arena so the clinic went on.
Monday was nice, yesterday was bad, but not as bad as some places got it. My friend's nephew lost his house in Dayton OH. Prayers 🙏🙏 for all those in the tornado and flood areas.

I got a good hunt in last night before it opened up here but it really came down. We didn't get too much as my lake has not raised much, barely over the overflow. The big blob on the radar was north of Carlyle. Guys around here were really hitting it hard yesterday. Few were planting, most were working the ground for the first time. Heard and seen a fella still out in the fields at 1030hrs!

Rained last night never checked gauge,heard this mornin Newton got 1 1/4" & Effingham got 5" at least nobody lost their home them folks in Ohio we do need to keep in mind Miss Ridge.
