Nate I'll bet the hound appreciates that a little muggy 74 degrees, the boys all came out yesterday the middle son got my chainsaw fixed & I had a tree needin cut up so guess what all 4 of us did? I never over did it in that heat but got it took care of reminded me of when I "was" full of piss & vinegar.
the loving woman jumped on the mower and cut the lawn, bless her heart.....big time thunderstorm going at the moment, heavy rain..

Doubt he'll mow with the new tractor we still don't have because he use to mow with the Case and the trees are too close together in the orchard to use it. Plus the Case has turf tires and the Kubota has Ag tires.
What do you pay for a gallon of gas. We pay one of the highest taxes. Most places around here it's $2.89.
We could have had a better 4th. We went to a bullride and it and the fireworks got rained out. Came home and fed the horses, when we came out of the barn it was about 10 and still raining and Ruby ran away. Of course, she didn't have her tracking collar on and we can't hear so it took us awhile to figure out she was treeing up over the hill. She was so happy she got to go coonhunting 😄. She kept barking at Chuck to go again. She's a funny pup.
Hope yinz had a good 4th.
Mornin all,Miss Ridge we was payin from $2.36 to $2.59 till we got hosed on the new gas tax now it's $2.89 also, got some more warm weather then next week their talkin cooler.....we'll see.

$6.50 a bu. dang it's only $4.40 with the elevator's 30 cents a bu handlein charge. I'd find me a grain bin to rent or buy in the fall buy out of the field it'll keep till next harvest if he runs a little air on it from a fan. But it really depends on how much he needs could sell what's left he don't need & have his corn for free. Hb the trader may wanna do that himself.🤔
Fog lifted & now it's gettin muugy & hot.
quote:proably this fall we will take his dump trailer get it filled with loose corn put it in bags when we get it home he don't use a bunch untill winter kicks in then we grind a bunch of feed for the cows
