Can't get warm this afternoon, it's been in the 30's all day. We p pulled the mats out of the trailers and hosed them out, so being out spraying water isn't the best thing to do when it's that cold. But the trailers are almost ready to be put away for winter.
Chuck said he was going to go bear hunting this afternoon, I heard him go out and come back in the house. A short time later, I heard a cannon blast. He shot a turkey in our woods. Now he's bear or doe hunting. We went to a local restaurant for supper last night and a bear ran across the road in front of us into a corn field. He checked it out today and thinks they're a couple of bears hanging out there. He's not very hopeful because there aren't any trees to get up, but he's gonna give it a try anyways.

not as cold this morning,going to warm up some today,,tomorrow looks to be crappy ,snow ,wind ,and cold....

Pretty decent morning. Gonna blow out the gutters and the back patio today and get some wood moved around to the back of the house before this cold front moves in. I took a new job over in St Louis and its gonna be hard to maintain heat in here while i'm gone at least 10 hrs a day.
My buddy got a dandy 8pt yesterday. Really wide rack with the spread measuring 22-3/4". Dang thing almost looks more like a Mule deer than a whitetail.

y'all have some big bucks out there nice here today already up to 51 but come tuesday but tuesday isn't gonna be good 31 with snow showers dropto 18 tueday nite got my chestbone hurtin some and my back i try to trim the pony's feet didn't go to good gonna have to get me some help

Yes Salute all Veterans today & many thanks yesterday it was 60 degrees & now it down to 24 snow wind blowin around 20 to 25 with gusts of who knows what the wind chill is 😡

Yep where I'm at it's white out conditions that wind is gettin with it.

It looks to me at my hideaway I got a good 3 inches & it's plenty cold the holler showed 24 but I'd think more likely 14 cause up on the prairie it's 8 to 11 above & no wind yet....supposed to only get in the low 20's for the high.

I got 7 degrees...brrrrrr......

it's 32 here with a good dusting we have snow showers till late afternoon got to 66 yesterday what a change getting in the teens tonight then start to get up in the 40s after tommoro

Yep we're supposed to be warmer this weekend also.
