It snows, it rains, it snows .. everything is muddy!
We finally got some coyote and bobcat traps out. Season goes out on Saturday for bobcat, so we'll pulling them.

hope you catch'em up Ridge....I didn't even get a nuisance call this year.....

My sister called because someone from the hospital called her and said mom needs 24 hour care. We have to put her in a home or have someone with her. Can't believe that the day before she fell, she drove herself to the beautician to get her hair done. Less than 2 weeks later, staying in the hospital, they say she can't eat by herself. I think she just needs to come home.

Miss Ridge hope the best for your mom. Got a frozen fog on one side of the trees & tall grass other side nothin at all.... neat to look at I prefer that than snow any day,but it's not up to me. Have a dandy day everybody.

hope your mom gets better ridge....the father in law went to the hospital for a breathing treatment and caught the virus and died ten days later..going to the hospital or a doctors office aint very safe these days.....

Thanks guys. Talked to mom to tonight, it's like she goes from good to bad in seconds. I told her we caught a bobcat today and she was happy about that. Told me she ate supper in the cafeteria. Then I asked her how she gets to the cafeteria...she didn't know. Then she said she needed a drink of water because she was so thirsty. I asked if she had water on her tray and she said no because they won't give her water because it makes her pee. They had to admit people tonight and she said the nurse put her on the potty earlier and kept asking her if she was done because she had people coming in. Then of course after talking about it for a few minutes, she said I have to pee now, but I could tell she didn't want to call the nurse. I told her to call, that's what they're getting paid for. I really wish we wouldn't have had her admitted to that hospital. I have a friend that's a nurse at another one...at least I could have a asked her to check on mom.
That stinks about your FIL, Rex. People go to the hospital to get better not worse. My dad went in for a bleeding ulcer and never came home. Chuck's cousin went in last summer for pneumonia and they left him in his same clothes for 3 days. He didn't walk out of there either.

wasn't a bad day here other than bein chilly hope the best for your mom ridge yep this virus is outa control here my 1 of the neighbors that works at a hospital got it last week her husband said he tested postive last night know of a family of 4 that hasit my dad got his 1st shot couple day's ago forgot i have a uncle out in ohio that was suppose to have pneumonia went to hospital they said nothing they could do for him so he said he wanted to go home to spend his final day's sorry to hear of your loss rex

yep medical feild not a good place right now didn't hear this till i was out in the parkin lot gone home had a girl come work about 3 or 4 hrs told guy next to her her 2 sisters had tested postive for corona she had been around them guy said he went to a boss the manger sent her outa there but like i told him may have been to late guess we will find out in about a week another chilly day here

30 here feels like 23 may get some sunshine today

Cloudy and chilly again 30°

It got in the mid 30s here today and was sunny. Yesterday, wasn't quite as warm, but I got Dolly out for a ride. She acted like an idiot.... snorting and trying to take off with me in any direction, but especially toward home. I made her do figure 8's in our hay field until she walked on a loose rein.
Had a meeting with my siblings today. Gonna try to bring mom home. We're going to take turns staying with her for a couple of weeks. If she needs care 24/7 after that, then we're going to put her in a home. I think she'll do ok, hope so anyways.

was a cold moronin here 23 with a heavy frost went huntin last nite with a buddy a right down bad night think dogs hit a cat they tree til we got almost to them then took off was over 900 yrds we went back to the buggy he look at his garmin said they were in behind us when we got over where we heard them so turn around went back to where we were i told him that it wasn't reading right he finaly calabrate it they were over where we went to was way down in a steep bowl when about got to them they shut up was tryin to find where something had left oh before we went the 2nd trip he done threw his dog box outa the buggy he think it was a bobcat i know there are fishers in there but not sure just how they act never had a dog mess with them all i know was a bad night for sure
